People are very kind and helpful. However the last few times I was there they were having technical issues, internet, mechanical... so only one worked, thus long lines and a wait.

Its just a FedEx drop off via Walgreens. Not a big deal. Sometimes they cant scan the package for some reason so you need to leave it there and pray the wont get lost since you dont have any proof that you left the package...

Friendly staff, nice selection of cards. If you use a card to make copies, be aware that there will be a $10 hold applied to your funds. They don't sell stamps.
