I've been breaking the law for years! I've never had anyone care about my hair/style/color. She checked in with me frequently to see if I was ready for a visit. You can really tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients! I will follow her wherever she goes.

Hair cut on February 9th 2022 around 630pm. The worst hair cut I have ever had. The woman could have let Stevie Wonder cut my hair with a weed eater and he would have done a better. These people do go to school for this right? What a waste of money and yes I know hair does grow back I just hope this review saves people from going to this store. I am waiting on the owner to return my call for a refund. Before you make the same mistake I did read the recent reviews I should have

The only reasons I occasionally get my hair cut here are that it's conveniently close to my place and because they offer men's haircuts on Tuesday for $14, according to their website. When I stopped in a week ago, they raised that price without updating their website. Now that it's no longer a bargain, it's completely not worth it. This salon is terrible. It's not very clean, the staff treats me like a burden rather than a customer, and the stylists will openly talk poorly about coworkers that aren't currently there to defend themselves. The majority of the staff are reliably unprofessional, irritable and discourteous. I will never enter this establishment again. For anyone looking for a haircut, take my advice: go literally anywhere else.

Horrible!!! Made an appointment for 11am and arrived a few minutes early. They seated an older man immediately, who walked in with an appointment. But ignored us!! They were well aware my 2 grandkids had appointments, but continued to take walk-ins. I asked and was told appointments don't mean anything. In other words OUR appointment didn't mean anything! Never again!

Just awful. Never again. Rude, unprofessional staff. Made an appointment, apparently for no reason whatsoever. They made us wait while they took walk-ins. When I asked why, I was told that it's first come first serve. So why do they take appointments then? Would it kill them to just be honest on the phone instead? Be sure to read all 8 of the reviews below all the others, the "not recommended reviews", because they're all one star. Like mine, I'm sure they'd be zero stars, if that was possible. Then add the four other fails (one star) in the recommended reviews, and you'll have an accurate impression of what you're in for!

Rushed service, no washing of my daughter's hair. All she said to my daughter the whole time was to keep still. She also didn't go as short as I wanted. We will be looking for a new place. If wash is included then you should wash their hair, or change your policy.

So i've been coming here for along time and have given a lot of grace to the customer service I've received here over the years, for myself and for a family member who has tried giving this place chance after chance for convenience sake They now take their business elsewhere but i tried one more time a few weeks ago on a saturday morning..There is an employee that's been working there a loooooong time, I dont know her name, i should, but shes older, female and probably around 5 foot 5. She's never polite, very short in her answers and just not helpful. she never seems like she wants to be there. When I went in she was the only one working there and the wait was over 2 hours. I was disappointed and she gave me a very mean glance and replied "im the only one here, okay, so theres nothing AI can do for you." I just looked at her and said okey dokie and walked out. THus, taking my business elsewhere, which I will do in the future. I love giving credit where credit is due but maybe some customer service training? I dunno

Never have any openings. On my 3rd try and just giving up on this place. Came in at one for a trim and was told they had to do a "perm" so the would be unavailable for the rest of the day. They close at five.. would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife went in today and was told it would be a half-hour wait. After a full hour and a half, she was finally brought back with no apology or acknowledgment of the extra hour of wait time. The stylist asked her for what she wanted and kept using stylist terminology she didn't know, and when my wife tried to speak up, the stylist kept cutting her off saying things like "I know" instead of letting her speak. These were the only times words were spoken, and the rest was awkward silence. She wound up feeling uncomfortable for the entire interaction and left feeling ugly with her haircut. It felt like the stylist made no effort to hear what she was asking for, and at the end the stylist even said "Next time, you should ask for this..." Maybe suggest things during the cut instead of waiting until after it's complete? The suggestions better matched the style my wife was actually going for, too. I've had experiences like that at this location as well.

Recieved a 2-for-1 coupon in the mail. Tried to use it for 2 ppl, they would not accept. Would not have been a big deal, but the coupon did not state that term of use, and the employees were very rude about it. Boo.

Had a full plate today and stopped in mid-morning for a quick cut. My timing was good. Was seated in less than a minute. Anthony took interest in my cut and asked a number of questions including if I preferred razor vs. scissors, how much to take off, the overall shape I wanted, how to trim my neck, and if I wanted a shampoo. I was out in about 10 minutes with a great haircut.
