Have been driving for 13 years, and Eric’s office is by far the best group of people I’ve ever dealt with. I use a different insurance broker every 2-3 months, and they always are shocked at how low my policy is. Have used ~9-10 other insurance agents throughout my life, and they’re all subpar in comparison. Eric even sent me a birthday card, no one’s ever done that.
I had an issue with my policy going up, and the entire office did everything they could to lower my price. And my insurance broker told me I have the best policy he could find in the entire state. I then realized every single company raised their policies, and State Farm raised theirs the least. Best agents in the state.

Eric is the laziest agent we have ever worked with. State Farm is great but don't go here. He told us to just call corporate when we realized we over paid for our insurance because no one listens to him. He was our agent for almost 20 years, he used to be very helpful but not anymore.

Eric went out of his way to contact me when I needed help after hours. Very courteous and helpful. Steered me in the right direction when I needed to figure how much coverage was right for an older beater truck that I've had for a while. Will be sticking with Eric for years to come I'm sure.

Eric has been our agent for several years now, and we could not be happier. We switched to State Farm because we support the fact that they do not discriminate against certain breeds of dogs, and we had a horrible agent at first (not Eric). It was a leap of faith to stay with State Farm and switch to Eric but we are really glad we did. He has always taken the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions, and I really feel like for the first time ever, we have an insurance agent who is really looking out for us and is doing what is best for us. Both he and Tommie are super responsive to phone calls, emails, and have great follow through.
Whenever I have met with Eric he has always told me he is available 24/7 in emergencies, and his email tag says the same and provides his cell phone number. Yesterday during the purchase of a new car, I had a really important question for him and texted him. It was a Saturday morning, and he called me right back and was more than happy to help. I'll be recommending everyone I know who is looking for a new insurance agent to talk to Eric!
