This Enterprise is amazing. They know the value of good customer service. Andrew V helped us tremendously. After the mixup at the other enterprise location, Andrew was able to give us a car immediately. A very nice Buick. Kris drove to pick us up at the dealership. Kris also is a wonderful guy. So polite and friendly.Returning the car I neglected to call Andrew I was returning the car. He reminded me I should have called as he didn't have anyone to take us back to get our car. Andrew found someone to take us to our car. Vinny drove us back. Nice young man as well.Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a rental car place! Please us this place for your next rental, I highly recommend. They are busy so never forget to call them lol

Thank you Emily for taking care of us! We rented a Ram 2500 truck to tow a trailer and it worked out great. Definitely recommend Enterprise--a step up from other rental agencies.

This will be an extremely long review. This is my first time ever writing a public review about a company but I feel the need to do so. On May 11 I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Fort Collins on South College Ave. Upon confirming my reservation before arrival I was told that I was being put into a “basic car” which in other words would be one of the smaller vehicles they have. I informed them that I need a larger vehicle as I’m traveling from one state to another. The branch manager Christian was the person assisting me the entire time. He told me to reach out to my car dealership as they were the ones who booked my reservation because my vehicle is being repaired. I did exactly that and my dealership reached out to them and upgraded me to a larger vehicle. I reached back out to Christian to confirm the change had been made. He told me he sees it on his side and that the only vehicle he has to put me in is an electric vehicle. I agreed being I had to have a vehicle to get from one state to another. Upon arriving at the facility, Christian gave me a tour of the vehicle and showed me how everything works. He also showed me how to locate charging stations to charge the vehicle. After being given a tour of the vehicle and signing the paperwork. I immediately left the facility and started heading home to Wyoming. Let’s fast forward. As I’m driving through Wyoming I notice the car had 150 miles left of charge so I decided to look up a charging station just like Christian had showed me. I redirected my route to take me to the charging station as I knew I couldn’t make it home on 150 miles of charge. I get to the charging station and none of the chargers supported the type of vehicle I had. Mind you I had to drive 90 miles to get to that location so now the car has less than 60 miles of charge left. So now I become extremely stressed as I’ve NEVER in my entire life have been stuck on the side of the road. Not even for a flat tire or an accident. I immediately looked up another charging station just as Christian had shown me. The charging station was 40 miles away. I then start driving to the second charging station. Upon arriving, I realize it’s not an actual charging station it’s just plug outlets that I could use the provided car charger for but not actual electric car charging station. The “charging station” which is actually just a normal plug outlet was in the mountain at a state park. Basically where people could go camping and have an rv etc. There were no other people, cars, businesses, homes or anything up there. No street lights or anything. Mind you the car now has like 20 miles left on it so I had no choice but to sit there and use the provided car charger to charge the vehicle. If anyone knows anything about electric vehicles if you use the car charger provided it take days to get a full charge. The car that I had only gets 40 miles of charge in 8 hours. I immediately called Christian letting him know the situation and that I had driven to two different locations and now the car only had 20 miles left and that I’m in the middle of nowhere alone and it was starting to get darker. He transferred me to 24/7 Roadside Assistance. I explained my situation to Roadside Assistance and they told me they don’t have any drivers (tow truck) available and that they can’t get me a replacement vehicle because they don’t have tow drivers and that the locations were closing at 5:30pm. I immediately called Christian back telling him what roadside said. He told me it’s out of his hands and that I need to call roadside back because it’s their job to get me a tow or replacement vehicle. I called them back as instructed by Christian. They told me once again that they don’t have drivers and that they won’t have any until 8am the following morning. I explained my situation to them in detail letting them know I was in the middle of nowhere and their response was they can have someone to my location first thing in the morning. Remind you this was before 5:30pm. So how and why would they expect me to stay in my car in the middle of nowher

Rented a car online only to be told at pick up that it was unavailable. The employee there was unwilling to help find me another car and was quite rude. If there are no vehicles available on the lot you shouldn't be able to make a reservation. And if you show up with a reservation, the employees should be willing to accommodate you. This is how businesses should work.

The staff here are great. Marcela helped us and was amazing. She was uber helpful with getting my wife the perfect truck for the job. Making my wife feel safe, about the logistics of picking up and get going with ease, was everything. Things dont go ez for my wife and I, but this has been a great experience with this branch.

Wow. Huge thank you to the Fort Collins Enterprise Truck Team on Mulberry. I work for ColorPro Printshop just down the road and we had a very large delivery bigger than our equipment would normally handle and these guys came through in a pinch with flying colors. I came through their front doors looking for a solution and they came through with creativity that only comes when you care about your customers. Marcella, Nathan, Alex, and Ryan where smiles from the the first hello until the last goodbye. We will definitely use these guys again in the future! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Jason-

This office had my car waiting for me when I arrived by shuttle from DIA. There was no paperwork, and I was headed off in my car very quickly. Same thing when I returned it. This is without a doubt the easiest car rental I have ever experienced!

We recently had a very good experience at the Fort Collins Enterprise truck rental office. On two rentals, a pickup truck in early-July and a cargo van in mid-July. Both were without problems, but on the later rental a wonderful employee named Alex Aguilar stayed late on a Friday night to help us get the vehicle we needed. Which made a big difference for our trip. This kind of exceptional service is exactly why we always rent from Enterprise. Thanks Alex!

Don't rent here if you would like a rental car. I arrived to be informed that they would not honor my reservation and no cars were available. Very frustrating! Customer service is poor.

So I was rear-ended in a company vehicle. I drive a van with 7 foot of clearance inside the cargo area. They have a similar size van but I was put in one with about 4 foot clearance. My head, knees, back & hips hurt from getting around in it .We move large auto & truck parts and we had to hold parts back from our customers due to lack of space. I was driving on and met a semi. It threw a rock which broke the windshield. Now my company's insurance is going to have to pay for a new windshield. Mind you the accident that made me need a rental was not mine or my company:s fault. I will never rent from Enterprise againAnd needed a van rental

My wife and I had to rent a pickup truck set up a reservation. Gave them our card number and the truck was supposed to be a GMC Sierra 2500 series gasoline. So we could tow a uhaul trailer from Idaho the truck we picked up in fort Collins Colorado. We get there to get the truck and the gentlemen that was helping us had to let us know that everything was changed because of an error on their part. They over booked our truck that we already had reservations on. That's number one. Number 2 he says that it will be an extra 100 dollars for the tow package. Number 3 the truck was a 2021 ram 2500 series diesel. Bad choice people because when you look at gas prices diesel is almost 1 dollar higher than gas or more. I call that getting the shaft for something I didn't even ask for. Number 4 had a corporate discount that I was told by the gentlemen that it wouldn't even make a difference. We had 7 family members add up what we were going to save just from the corporate discount. And he said it meant nothing. So I did get pretty upset whenever you call and make a reservation and their call center doesn't go over everything with you. And they give you a set price don't try and add a couple hundred dollars for no reason at all. Very very upset and hurt by your company.
