I had Elite come out and pressure wash the house and window clean on Tuesday. Pressure washing was supposed to be soft wash as stated on there website. Yesterday I went out to my deck and noticed that the pressure washer had shredded the railing when he hit it. He obviously hit it and didn't realize it would do so much damage. I sent an email and left a voicemail yesterday evening. I've tried texting, calling and emailing today. They are very responsive when it's being quoted, however I cannot get them to respond as of yet. No one said anything to me Tuesday, thinking I just wouldn't notice the damage. They did stress how they strive for 5 start reviews and to contact them should I need anything. Well I've been trying and have been very unsuccessful. At this point I absolutely can't recommend them, I would love for them to reach out. I think there website only shows there 5 start reviews, I will be posting this on there website as well. Guess I'll see if it is displayed. Very disappointed and waiting for there response
Update - I was contacted by elite, and was informed that the customer service contact is located in Houston and was affected by the recent hurricane. Which absolutely explains the lack of contact, they apologized and I completely understand.
Mick the owner reached out and came out to look at the damage was very understanding of my concerns. He is actually here now replacing and restaining the damaged peice. He is also restaining the whole top rail in order to try and match the colors as best as he can. I am completely satisfied with everything they have done so far. They have done everything they can to make it right which I appreciate very much.
After looking at the repair from a different side of my deck I noticed today that there's now stain running down the exterior wall. I again cannot recommend this company, yes they did come and fix there first mistakeml. The fact that the owner came out to do this repair and it looks like it does. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

Elite Window Cleaning did phenomenal job cleaning my windows and screens. They arrived on time, were highly customer service oriented and very friendly. Additionally, the technicians were very careful and deta and ensured everything was satisfactory before they left. The quality of their work is impressive and I am thrilled with how sparkling clean my windows are. I will use them again in the future!

Elite Window Cleaning did a great job with washing our windows (both inside and out). They had super easy communication through text on when they would arrive which is nice when you have littles and were considerate about asking where they should start their job so that you still had a private space to be in if desired. We will definitely be using them again for our window washing needs.
