“I highly recommend Bulbs and Batteries store in Fort Collins, Colorado. The sales team is very knowledgeable and are extremely ethical. I thought that I needed a new battery for my iPhone since it wasn’t charging properly. The salesman asked me several questions and said he thought we needed to first clean the charging port. He showed me a thin, small piece of plastic sticking to the charging port opening that I saw him remove. Then he cleaned the charging port and the phone case. Voila, when he tried to charge the phone, it took the charge! I also thought my phone had a cracked screen . He said he thought it was the tempered glass overlay on the screen. So I asked him to replace it. He was correct and my iPhone now looks and acts brand new. It is holding a charge. He was so honest and kind. He didn’t charge me for cleaning out my charging port either. You won’t be disappointed selecting this Bulbs and Batteries store to purchase items or get repairs!!!”

“Great experience. The dude at the front desk gave me all the options when it came to fixing my device and the possible costs. They mentioned they will call me in case it for whatever reason will have to cost more.
The fix ended up being more simple than what they initially estimated and I ended up paying even less for the fix (for a phone I thought was pretty much gone).
