“I needed a part (screw-connector thingy) to fix a surgery lamp - the manufacturer no longer made the parts and suggested an electrician. We took the part to Mountain States Electronics and the fellow looked at the part, knew what it was and was able to special order it for us for less than $9. Great value and service!”

I do have one issue... These employees have Way too much responsibility put on their shoulders. I see a lot of times only one employee in the store stocking, ringing customers up, cleaning, making fresh hot food, misc. customer issues, watching for security issues, and now. . THEY HAVE TO DO THE MOBILE SHOPPING TOO??? That's a lot for one person. I think they all need raises.”

“Was talked into trying the home internet as a "Trial" only to be told right as I am about to sign everything that it would cost $50 that would be tacked onto my bill in a month. I said I wasn't cool witht hat and then was pretty much guilt tripped into signing the paper. Was told, It is only $50. So I took it home, then had issues canceling it and returning the device. We finally figurewd out how to get it canceled and returned and would later find out that the canceled my insurance in order to pay for that device. I lost moy Iphone on a vacation and i only had 2 more payments left but since the cancelled the insurance, I am no longer able to upgrade my phone and have to pay for a new iphone. This makes zero sense and I will be in the store confronting the lady about this situation. She was a total scam artist. I came in to buy a damn biy a phone charger and ended up with this head ache.”
“Seth gave me amazing service. He was completely professional and tried to satisfy all my needs with a new smartphone.
His only restraints were those placed by Xfinity, such as limited stock on hand and poor billing practices.
Other than that, the help I received was above par.”
