i was looking over my registration fees and saw that they charged me a late fee of 25 dollars when i wasnt late to on registration. odd how they find anyway to charge you for anything.

A lot more streamlined than it used to be. Also, clerks seem to have more training and be more knowledgeable.The only thing I wished they were able to limit the amount of kiosk tickets to any one person. People go there and pull multiple tickets for times which (in my opinion) slows up the process.Otherwise, a pretty good experience overall.

I needed to title and register my car, so I had to make an appointment with the DMV. I arrived 20 minutes early. I had to wait 5 minutes to sign in, because you have to wait until 15 minutes before the appointment to sign in. I was asked to go to desk #2 right on my appointment, which I was amazed at, because it was the end of the day. I wasn't able to compete the registration, because I hadn't had the vehicle's emissions tested. Everytime you register a vehicle in Colorado, you have to get it's emissions tested. I had forgotten this. Fortunately, the clerk told me I could get the emissions tested and call them. They will then send me the plates, so that I don't have to go back in. That is nice. My only other complaint is the path from the parking lot to the front door is very rough and I am using a knee scooter for now. The cracks in the cement and the roughness of the stone nearly made me fall

Spoke to a very rude lady with an accent. Once I find out her name I will post it here. Because of her I wouldn’t give any stars. I wasn’t rude and I was respectful. She was rude right off the bat. Please listen to her phone call because you shouldn’t have people working there with this attitude. Her representation of that company will force me to go higher up until I see consequences for the way she handles customers. Please look into this lady and her phone calls. Very rude and talks over people.
