Went in last night to get Easter decor to surprise my mom while she’s away for work. We got some adorable stuff and all of it was in great condition (which considering most things look hand painted and fragile, I was very happy. I know how easy things can chip just from customers picking them up and placing them back down). We had a great experience with the young lady who checked us out, she was blonde and very sweet and funny.
I would give 5 stars just from that, however, upon cleaning and setting up the decor today, I realized there was some strong tape used to hold the cute cookie jar we got together (pictured). I was trying to be very careful removing it as the paint is so fragile on things like this. I was successful on one side, but the other side immediately ripped a large chunk of paint off. This happens, so I called trying to get in touch with someone to see if I can switch this one out before my mom gets home tonight. Even though google shows it’s not busy, no one picked up and there is no voicemail option. I called two more times and still no one picked up.
Im pretty frustrated as I live in Wellington, about 25 minutes away. I have to drive in not knowing if I’ll be able to switch this one out. I hope to have a better experience when I head into town and look forward to possibly adding more stars because every time I go in, I’m greeted with very kind people. But I’m disappointed that there’s an option to call but no one answers and there’s no option for voicemail. I work customer service, I get that even when it’s not busy, workers may be swamped with stocking and all that jazz. I even understand that sometimes it sucks to answer the phone. But no voicemail? Seriously?”

“I love this place. They have truly high quality product. I can smoke the CBD flower and feel relaxed. It does wonders for my anxiety and helps me enjoy smoking regularly without constantly dosing myself with THC. That being said, their flower with THC is also killer. ? All around great place!”

Our 10yr old daughter absolutely loves it at thos location and especially because the large selection of Hello Kitty/Sanrio items...which she's obsessed with. Very reasonable pricing. We're frequent shoppers at this specific location.”

“Today I had a giant instacart order. It was 110 items and 190 units. It took me 4 hours to complete, every employee I asked to look something up and grab from the back did amazing, and I just wanted to come on here and thank you guys for the help. An intense order but was treated well and kind with all the help I recieved. They had everything rang up and bagged with the first 6 carts while I was still shopping the last 2 carts. Thanks again”
“I tried returning a pair of shoes and they said it was gonna be instantly, I tried pumping gas after i left and it didn’t work so I went back and they were kinda helpful but I just noticed I got two credits for one purchase. I would suggest retraining staff in return procedures so it doesn’t happen again.”

“This review is from a customer stand point and also from a point of spark pick up. Spark pick up I would give 5 stars! It is very easy. The staff you work with are really friendly. It is very easy to do pick ups here. Really been very enjoyable. As far as a customer goes of teh store. Well its walmart. I have had some not so pleasant experiences especially with the self check cashiers. I can think of multiple occasions that I have had issues with them and they have been snarky and not friendly.”

“It's a Walmart, they have stuff and you need stuff otherwise you wouldn't be here. Store is fairly clean and everything I was looking at was well stocked. Staff was few and far between, checkout lines were longer than expected and the first and second attempt at getting a shopping cart showed they were fused together... All in all just your basic Walmart.”

“This is a good Walmart they have everything you could possibly need. The garden center is really good this year the flowers look wonderful the prices are good and a lot of variety. I got some very nice hanging baskets for $27 that's a good price. The people that work at this Walmart are all very nice”
