Had damage from the Hail storm in April 2023, and was worried my truck was essentially totaled. Michael Harper happened to see my truck's damage in my drive and said they could take care of it. From pick up to delivery it was a breeze working with them, and USAA. Shout out to the team Mike H, Bobbi, and the production manager who dropped off my Truck, THANK YOU!

I think they did a great job on my tahoe. The only thing is they say they will update you ever tuesday and friday and never did. It wasn't until they were almost done with my car that they did.

Denver Family Dent were truly a (insurance claim) dream company to work with. They brought me a loaner car to use both times they took my car. They worked really quick and care about working around your schedule. I left my garage door opener in my loaner and they drove all the way back the next day to return it to me. They treat you like a family member and are easy and friendly to communicate with. They work with all insurances and have a deal you can’t beat. I can’t recommend enough!

These guys do legit work! Highly recommend them for hail damage. My truck was hit hard by a hail storm they got it in quickly (months sooner than any other collision company) and they did a fantastic job. came out looking like a brand new truck. they have their own rental fleet on top of that so you actually have a vehicle while they’re doing the work. Can’t thank them enough!

Family Dent has been nothing but amazing to work with. They are extremely communicative on the process and giving accurate estimates of when the service will be complete. My vehicle looked brand new once they were done fixing the hail damage. Bobbi has also been a complete sweetheart to work with. Would definitely recommend. 15/10!

If there were more stars to give I would give them. The staff treated me with the most exceptional customer services, with no Hassell at all. They took care of me like I was family. I had no issues. They discussed everything with me, they are very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone for their outstanding services. Thank you for all you do!

Luis and David knocked on my door a few months ago here in Irving ,pointed out my hail damage on my f150. They explained the whole process. I was skeptical @ first because I have never done this before, but they came back a week later to follow up. It felt good then. So we started the process. Chloe Schedule the intake date.. before I knew it my truck came back looking like nothing ever happened.. I’m very happy with their services. If my truck gets hit again I’ll be using them.. thank you Luis, David, Chloe, and team.

I was observing the damage on my cars from the storm that happened a few days ago and Paul was walking my street. He was informative and very low pressure and this being my first hailstorm, was able to take the time to thoroughly explain the processes and how everything relating to insurance would work. When I made the decision to go ahead, he filed the claim on my behalf with me answering just a few questions to verify him and was able to not only get me into rentals the next day but had a driver bring them to my home and take my vehicles to their shop and perform an estimate the same day. With how good the interactions and service has been so far I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the results!!Service: Body & Trim

Denver Family Dent was fantastic to work with for the repair of hail damage on my Kia Telluride. From the sales rep, Don Maxim, to the customer service specialist, David, I never spoke with someone who wasn't knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! There were a couple hiccups with my insurance company during the process and they made sure I was never inconvenienced even though my insurance company was being difficult. They provided a rental (delivered to my home by a company representative) during my repair and when I got a flat tire on that rental they sent someone out to fix it right away! Alvin was also a pleasure to work as he even re-installed my kids car seats while I was doing the paper work for the rental exchange. In a time where customer service seems to be dead this company puts the customer experience first! And of course, the body work itself was flawless! My car looked brand new. I'm thrilled I took a chance on this company - they exceeded my expectations.Service: Body & Trim

They Had my company truck for almost 4 months for hail damage repair. Loaner truck broke down on me. Upon finally returning my truck to me the door seals fell off on driver side which I had to silicone back in place and the pass door mechanism fell apart inside door causing pass door to be useable. Interior cabin noise is noticeably louder due to missing dampening material or more bad door seals when repair was done in rear of cab I believe.Not happy.Service: Painting
