I love my apartment here. It’s a great location, safe neighborhood, well maintained common areas, and I love all the amenities. The application and leasing process was online so that was simple. I had put in a couple of maintenance requests when I first moved in and they fixed the issues within an hour. I am happy to be here. The apartment itself is just as nice as the photos.

Greystar sold the property, and the new management company seems astronomically better

Insanely good people at this property! sadik and billy were probably the best employees i have ever talked to! they not only helped me move but went above and beyond to set me up in my apartment. They have taken care of me since i have moved into this complex and that’s not even the start of it.

DO NOT RENT HERE !! Find a cheaper place with good reviews it’ll be worth the wait.
Parking requires permits, people here will park in disabled parking and the striped restricted area next to it, electric vehicle parking and in front of stairs, garages and fire lanes..others have broken down vehicles sitting in the lot, taking up limited space. (my particular example being this car left unattended for more than a year) I have brought this to attention and nothing was done so I could no longer be bothered to bring issues up to management.
You can park on the street if there’s no space, which is fine, expect for the fact that my car was vandalized twice on the street and with no cameras pointed on that street.
Recently I’ve seen quite a bit of homeless people going through our dumpsters, staying at the car center and wandering around. I do not feel comfortable letting my gf walking our dogs at night when i’m not there. We have “security” yet I have not seen anything be done about parking or people wandering the lot, digging thru dumpsters etc.
Leasing. We planned to move out after our lease was over hoping to rent a house or something. We NEVER got our renewal agreement. The required 60 days to move out was over by the time we asked about our lease so we had no choice but to renew as we could not afford cancellation fees. Manager tried to tell us that the renewal notice was posted on our door which is crazy. We are in and out for work and errands almost every day and not once did we see a renewal letter on our door, emails, mail box etc. I hope that when it is time for us to move out we ACTUALLY get a renewal letter/notice and our security deposit (check other reviews for deposit return concerns) :)
Maintenance. The maintenance system is awful. Outcalls to an Indian call center (why?) and almost no communication as to when someone has fixed your issue or if they just took a peek and will need parts to fix something. Very confusing when you call, leave for half the day and come back to not having anything fixed and left wondering if someone even showed up.
The actual maintenance team is great at what they do and very nice. Definitely feel like management may be an issue. no complaints about the maintenance guys.
mail? I have no idea whether this was a post office issue or a cycle issue or both. We randomly stopped receiving mail as our unit was marked as vacant/unoccupied as if we had moved out or recently done a change of address. We were expecting important documents as well as a package containing essential medication that was not delivered for roughly a week and a half. I’m worried that this will happen again and there is nothing for me to do.
update: reached out and apologized for the maintenance team repair delays. I do not think the team is to blame, some of these issues were not present before greystar. PLEASE DO NOT APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF THE MAINTENANCE TEAM. They are awesome and doing their best regarding the current circumstances. Current manager may not even be to blame here. Greystar needs to get their head straight and get things done efficiently.

Do not rent here. We moved in 14 months ago and it was AMAZING. They answered phones/emails/concerns VERY quickly! Fast forward to 4ish months ago when greystar took over and it has been awful. If you try to call front office/maintenance/etc you get redirected to an outsourced greystar call center. The wifi and ac in the gym hadn’t worked in months, creating a downright DANGEROUS environment considering the 100+ degree weather recently. They only have 1 leasing agent and months went by without a real assistant manager due to loyal employees who had been there YEARS leaving due to the chaotic and toxic work environment greystar had created. They never gave us a renewal agreement and tried to gaslight us that they did-as if we wouldn’t have seen a piece of paper posted on our door? Unfortunately due to never giving us that renewal agreement, the 60 days required to give notice of move out was already up and we couldn’t afford the fees so we had to renew. We are first time renters and our experience these last few months have left us stressed, uncomfortable, and downright depressed. It may look nice on the outside-and it was, but you will feel neglected by lack of care and communication for the entirety of your stay here. For the amount of money we pay for a 1 bedroom (1800!!) we honestly feel scammed.
Edit: Our water heater has broke three times in the past month and every time it took longer than 24 hrs for them to fix it which is against colorado law. Not once did they give us notice as to when they were coming or if they had come and fixed it-leaving us in a guessing game where nobody we talked to could give us a straight answer. Their call center tried to gaslight us saying that it wasn’t considered an “emergency maintenance issue” DAYS after the actual maintenance man confirmed it is considered an emergency maintenance issue. Feels like they make requesting maintenance as difficult as possible to deter people from using it. This is a greystar/cycle problem NOT a problem with the maintenance team themselves. The maintenance team is awesome and friendly-thank you guys.

If you want to live here, I recommend never calling (they never answer the phones and never get back to you because they have no information), never email (pretty sure they never even open it). Go in person, put on a pretty face, and then leave and never return when your lease is done. Anyways now I have to go answer the voicemail to get my money back becuase everything is on their time and never on yours. :)
Look at my pictures for my full repsonse that exceeded character limits.

Applied for an apartment here and didn't hear back for weeks. Tried to reach them multiple times about the status of my application but they ignore everything. They ended up cancelling my application a month later. I was finally able to reach someone who said my deposit would be refunded. It's been months now and I still have not received anything. They continue to ignore every message and call I have sent them. Absolutely ridiculous.

We love the location and amenities and like our apartment well enough. Since the new management we’ve had nothing but issues with them. Worst of all in my opinion is the terrible attitude and customer service we’ve had when trying to resolve our issues. We renewed our lease a few months ago but are seriously regretting that now.

Management is unbelievably horrible. We scheduled a tour for my daughter at 1:30pm and were 10 minutes early. Upon showing up, all staff was hanging out in the conference room and had no interest in acknowledging us at all. I went up to them to ask where we check in and she said that they will be with us in a few minutes. We waited until 2:30pm (a full hour after our scheduled appointment) until another disgruntled resident knocked on their glass door. A guy came out and said they would be with us in a few minutes. We told them that we have already been waiting for an hour past our appt. and he literally laughed and closed the door again. Unreal!! The one good thing about the hour waiting was we were able to talk to several residents and ALL of them said that the new Management (GreyStar ) was horrible and the place is going down hill fast. Buyer beware on this place!!!!!!

Just don’t move here. It’s been a nightmare. Please notice how many 1 star reviews have been posted recently.
The biggest issue I had was with the leasing office. I had an abusive roommate that I nearly had to get a restraining order against. He was removed from the property and legally taken off the lease. My boyfriend was then added onto the lease immediately. Ever since, the leasing office has managed to contact the old abusive roommate not once, not twice, but more so around 6-7 times with my personal information. When my boyfriend and I renewed the lease, they sent a copy of the new lease to the old roommate with ALL OF OUR PERSONAL INFO! Nothing was done about this, even after I asked them several times over the phone and in person to make sure they NEVER contact this person again. They literally put my safety on the line. This happened again when I told them I was moving out once my lease ended. They literally called the old roommate after they had “deleted his number from the system” and told him that I was all set to move out, how much money I owed, etc. I made a formal complaint, but I just got a “I’m sorry” call from the manager. Ridiculous. I’m moving out for my own safety.
Management seems to change every 6 months. They lock you out of the pay portal (if you even have access to begin with) on the 2nd of each month, not even giving you a chance to pay. And then they don’t take money orders, checks, or anything else, so you’re basically screwed if you don’t pay right on the first.
It’s fake luxury. Office style carpet in the bedrooms. Extremely loud upstairs neighbors and thin walls. They won’t even open the pool until late July because they decided to do construction on it now of all the seasons they could have chosen.
We’re also moving out, like I mentioned, and there’s a fat move out bill. We called the office to ask if they could possibly do a payment plan for our last payment, since we just dropped thousands to move into another apartment. The guy at the leasing office literally told us to “check out section 8 housing if you can’t afford it here.” These people are impossible to contact and have some sort of superiority complex and act like you’re harrassing them whenever you ask them to help you and do their job.
Just save yourself the trouble and move literally anywhere else.

My husband and I loved living here! We always had any maintenance issues fixed promptly (which there were very few issues). We loved the amenities, especially the gym. The people in the front office were always so helpful and kind. I will say though you need to go in person to the office to really get anything done, because their phone system is flawed, so you won’t consistently get good help when you’re just calling in. That being said, any maintenance concern we had, I just submitted a request through the portal and they were great about fixing it. There’s also several lobby/group get together areas, and we would utilize ours frequently to have friends over for game nights. The location is perfect! It’s right in the center of town and a short drive to CSU campus. Parking was rarely a problem, I could almost always find a decent spot. I had to park a little further down the road maybe 3 times in the time we were living there. It’s in a great neighborhood and I never felt weird about walking alone, even at night. Sometimes this place can be hard for first time guests to navigate but once they get the hang of it, it’s just fine. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts for all the great memories made :)
Would live here again if we were ever in the Fort Collins area.

DON’T MOVE HERE! I could never get a clear response from management and have now been moved out for a month and they still have not resolved my utility bill issue. There was only one person who could handle the utility issue and they have now quit, and me and i’m sure several others are at a loss of what to do.
Getting a hold of anyone at the leasing office was always a challenge, management makes residents feel like they are harassing them any time they have an issue and then continue to harass us for money constantly.
There is no video surveillance in the surrounding area except at the gym entrance, not safe for single women living alone. This past year there were multiple assaults, car theft, a stabbing, and stalking situations. No one seemed to care.
I had a mite infestation from a birds nest that was directly outside my apartment, and while the nest could not be removed due to state regulations there was no reassurance that the issue would be resolved. I tried to have them remove the nest when it was no longer active and still no one did anything about it. It was also sitting on top of a faulty fire sprinkler, so a bit of a fire hazard.
Other notes, when I moved in I was told there would be community events held often and I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a single email sent about anything the entire time I was there.
Not sure why lights are on in vacant apartments for days on end - wish they cared more about being sustainable and just the surrounding environment in general.

Review Update - Dropping property to 1 star due to continued decline in new management & staff - no response to any tenant issues or inquiries, poor property upkeep, constant problems with resident portal.
I've been a resident of Cycle for several years and my living satisfaction has varied depending on office and maintenance staff since they contribute to the living experience. The property is newer developed, hence newer apartments and appliances. Property overall contains functional well designed layouts with attached individual garages. More than anything, pets are well welcomed and respected as family. Naturally on-site office staff has fluctuated through time. For a while they had terrific, friendly, responsive staff who addressed your questions and concerns. Cannot say that holds with the current non-responsive office staff. Maintenance team has had its responsive time issues through the years, yet the current maintenance manager appears to try his best to address the 450 plus unit issues coming his way. Property as a whole is fairly well maintained. My reservations whether to recommend living here is if resident issues aren't addressed or acknowledged by the office staff, then that deteriorates living conditions and life as a resident.

Good luck ever getting a response from management. I haven’t heard back about my deposit now almost 90 days after moving out despite sending emails weekly, calling (no answer) and even driving over an hour to Fort Collins to try to resolve the issue in person.
Everyone in the office will just tell you they can’t help you, without telling you who actually can. It was actually a decent place to live but overpriced and with the terrible management it really isn’t worth it.
