Consistently fills prescriptions with the wrong brand, then staff acts rude/annoyed when I ask to open the bag and check that the brand is correct before checking out. I've tried to stick with them for a few years hoping eventually things would get better, but they haven't.

Why is terminal hold the standard at this pharmacy? These people ever answer the phone, necessitating an unnecessary in person visit. Ridiculous.

Went in to pick up my meds and was told that I was one day early and needed to come back the following day. I showed up the next day and they said my insurance needs prior auth so they are calling my doctor, not sure why they couldn’t say that before I made another trip back. Went back the next day and was told they’ve been out of stock for awhile, again not sure why they couldn’t have said that before I made a third trip. The tech or pharmacist at counter checked the other stores to see who had the medication in stock and he said everyone was out, I went to the next closest CVS that same day and they had the medication and filled it in 30 minutes

I’ve had many disappointing experiences here but today was the final straw. I’ll be transferring all my scrips to another pharmacy. This pharmacy was unexpectedly closed today because someone didn’t show up. They put up no signs explaining the situation and made no effort to make things right once they did open 2+ hours late. In fact, they expected customers who were already there waiting to wait another 2+ hours to get their medicines. I understand things happen with staffing and they can’t open without a pharmacist, but it seems like the techs could’ve had all the waiting prescriptions filled and just needing pharmacist approval to expedite things. They also could’ve put up a sign explaining the situation so people didn’t wait around. There was a long line of folks waiting for them to open when I arrived.I rarely write negative reviews but this pharmacy consistently has the longest wait in town and extremely rude staff once you do get up to the counter. I won’t be wasting my time here anymore.

Called to make sure they got the prescription was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to go get it a 2 hours later and it was not even ready. This seems to always be the case. It’s so frustrating especially when you have children/things you need to do.

Never get your Rx filled here. Aside from a huge packed Super Target parking lot, you have to walk through the entire store to get to the CVS and you will always find a line of at least 7-10 people. After being in line for 10 min (1 cashier working, 4 pharmacist in the back) a pharmacist from the back, rushed to the front and told us to re-organize our line so that the store cart traffic would have to go between us and the pharmacy counter, rather than behind us between the isles. As soon as we met her ridiculous request, she went to the back again. Unbelievable.

The way this pharmacy operates is completely unacceptable. I tried for two weeks to get a new prescription and was repeatedly run in circles, told my meds were ready and approved only to arrive and be told they'd been rejected or required insurance approval, AFTER checking over the phone with my pharmacy, my insurance, and my doctor. When I was finally able to get my meds, after being told they were ready and finding them rejected AGAIN, the employee (Cassy, Lead Pharmacy Technician) yelled at me over the counter while I was waiting in line. She demanded I "talk nicer next time" for very reasonably asking why my meds weren't ready and requesting they cancel a conflicting prescription (that I had already tried to cancel myself) so I could get my medication. The employee made a scene and was absolutely awful to me for no justifiable reason. I am genuinely suspicious that this place denied me my meds on the basis of being trans and ran me around to prevent me from obtaining my hormones. This behavior borders on downright cruel and this institution should be ashamed of its employee's behavior. Do not send your meds here, especially if you're trans.

Really disappointed, we've used this place since it opened years ago, but their inconsistent follow through with doctors and their rude techs finally drove us away. Recommend the Safeway down the street instead.

DO NOT TRUST! This evening CVS promised to fill a transferred prescription they were unable to find in their system. They asked what medicine, I told them, and they said great they will try to have it done that evening. 15 minutes before closing I learned they couldn’t find the script in their system and therefore it could not be filled. This is an appalling way to do business in an industry that requires a high level of trust.This is a new medicine called in to stop pain. I am supposed to take this medicine in the morning before food. I will now have to postpone starting a crucial medication 24 hours because I was given false information.

You better count your pills, we got a few 90-day supply pills and a lot were missing, not like one or two, but say 10-20! And it was for a strong meds for depression. We went back and got some back but not all unfortunately.Also the old white male who works as a technician there, is absolutely the rudest person I’ve encountered in pharmacies. He’s always rude just simply asking your name, or even worse if you end up having a question. I wonder if it’s because I’m Asian as well ??♀️This pharmacy is covered by my insurance better than others so we switched here because of that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only do they lie to you about contacting your physician they leave you on hold every time you call for 45 mins or more. As I'm typing this I've been on hold for 37 minutes and they close at 8pm which is 12 minutes from now. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The lines for waiting are ridiculous. The processing time for meds is ridiculous. They finally fill it and don't even tell you so your insurance thinks you picked it up and won't refill! Some of these meds people take are everyday meds!Pathetic! I can't wait for my insurance company to drop CVS.I don't even know why I am bothering to post this review as they do not care what their customers think or lose them but I am, in hope that people avoid this place.
