The cvs store in Fort Collins was able to fill my out of state prescriptions and also provide me with an additional discount on one prescription. My non prescription items we also available. What pleasant and helpful and polite staff.

If I could select 0 I would. The staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. we have had multiple times where there was a problem & they wouldn't even try to fix it. It is sad the if customer service at this particular CVS is abysmal. Thankfully another CVS was more helpful.

CVS had sent an automated message that they were filling my Rx. When I arrived the next morning l, they said it couldn’t be filled because it was out of stock. The pharmacist was rude, condescending, snide and unhelpful. (For example, she mockingly defined what “back ordered” meant when I simply asked if they had any idea of when they would have it again.) After speaking to a few other pharmacists at other companies who were full of compassion and helpfulness in trying to help me find this out of stock med, I couldn’t believe how terribly she treats customers. Looks like the other reviewers had similar experiences with her.

Shout out of thanks and gratitude to Cami (spelling?) at this location. She was a rock star in helping us solve a prescription tangle that we couldn't untie on our own.Pharmacys are understaffed and overworked. Let's cut them some slack and show a little love when the folks there go out of their way to help. THANK YOU!!

I have used this branch for more than half a decade. The pharmacist are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, as they are located within a Target store, where I will no longer shop or visit, I am forced to find a new pharmacy.

I have been treated rude more than once. My son went in yesterday to pick up a prescription for me and caught them talking about me. I give them no stars! I'm changing pharmacist and I have been with CVS for over 5 years but I am not going back there again.

Every time I get a prescription sent here it’s a hassle. It is in part due to my doctor’s errors as well, but when I simply call CVS to get info on my prescription to ensure it’s correct, the pharmacy techs that answer the phone are so rude! One even told me I should try switching medications as if they have more medical knowledge than my licensed physician

They do a great job. I'm always impressed with their service and professionalism. Definitely recommend this CVS over the chain pharmacy across College.

Always nice and helpful. It’s a small pharmacy, so there’s sometimes a line, but the employees make it worth it.

Always a very long line when picking up my prescriptions. Last time there were about 9 costumers You can see 3 or 4 pharmacist in the back while one or two of them are working the front counter. That’s ridiculous. And there’s 3or4 empty registers They’re filling orders in the back and t he front can’t keep up!!! And I just was put on hold on the phone for 10 minutes, a recording came on and said “all employees are busy call back later” and then it hung up on me. They’re constantly messing up my prescriptions too. I must say the people who work there are really sweet they just need better direction. It’s an easy fix, just fix it!!! Thanks

This pharmacy chain REFUSES to fill Ivermectin to treat Covid, even with a valid presciption. They are in bed with Big Pharma to sell vaccines and keep people sick to make $$$. IVERMECTION has been proven around the world to reduce/eliminate Covid symptoms. IVERMECTIN was honored in the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize as one of the safest and most effective drugs in the world to treat infectious diseases. Big Pharma can not profit from IVERMECTIN because the patent ran out.If you are one of the 7.5 million Americans, like myself, being denied treatment for Long Covid, avoid this pharmacy.

How many times have I asked them to stop auto-filling all my prescriptions and they still do it?!!! When I call the pharmacy staff interrupts me while I'm explaining I don't want auto-refill and get short with me. Horrible service.

Set a same-day appt. online for a vaccine shot. Showed up and received it within 5 min. No customers in line, so must have been an off-peak time after 5 pm.

Cammy is spiteful and passive aggressive as they come. I’m leaving solely because of the attitude she has displayed towards me. You guys need to move her out of there.
