I've always had the greatest of service, and I have had to utilize the health center extensively. I continue to use the pharmacy after graduation. Incredibly fast service.

The front desk staff has always treated me with respect, the physicians are caring and knowledgeable, the building is always clean, and I've been able to walk in on most occasions. As a student I find it very easy to get the healthcare I need.

Whoever decided not to write doctor’s notes is frankly an embarrassment to the healthcare industry. Myself and my friends have gotten extremely sick, I had gotten food poisoning that lasted for many days as well as the flu that lasted for about a week and a half, and both instances tanked my grades. I went to the health center hoping to resolve this with a doctor’s note only to find out that something as important and useful as that is no longer an option? And there’s no alternative? Do you want these students to fail due to health conditions outside of their control? Ridiculous.

I went in feeling extremely sick. The doctor when she saw me told me I was extremely contagious and that I should isolate immediately. When I asked for a doctor's note so I could miss class with no penalty I was told that due to their new policy, doctors notes are deemed to personal and give to much information about the students to the teacher. I told them I do not care if my teacher knows what I have and that all I care about is the note because it was a big day in my class and if I was not excused that I would just go. They continued to say that they can only write notes for covid, and suggested that I should just sit in the back with a mask. I would love to meet who ever came up with this new policy because they obviously are an absolute genius because we all know covid is the only thing out there right now. Also when one of the nurses weighted me he said, "huh" when I asked what I weighted he told me that he can't disclosure that information to me. At first I thought this was a joke but he was extremely serious. This whole experience was extremely frustrating because I legit felt like I was dying and I had to deal with these clowns. It's nice to know for my last year at CSU I have to fend for myself if I'm sick and will be offered no help.

I don’t understand why Mary Gallegos at the front check-in desk always has to be so rude. Been coming here for over year due to student health insurance and having to deal with her poor attitude every time is becoming an issue since I have to come in so often for chronic illness follow-up. Dr. Ann Davies also would highly NOT recommend due to bias and judgemental care. Great experiences with James Neal, Dr. Emily Morse and Dr. Buell though, those three deserve five stars.

The Physical Therapist I saw here was the best I’ve ever had. Listened to my full history, identified that previous PT’s hadn’t caught, and had a great “bedside” manner.

I’m a student and I go to the campus health center for psychiatry and counseling services. It can sometimes be hard to get an appointment, but I really feel cared for by the staff. They’re always really nice and I always walk out feeling helped. It’s also a very clean and attractive space and they have plenty of waiting room.

Despite having extensive proof of my medical issues I was denied even being seen to get medication, because how dare I mention a controlled substance that has been prescribed to me in the past and is commonly used to treat adhd. Oh also! They charge you for things that are labeled as csu fees so they can get around charging it through insurance, they won’t mention it, they will just do it. They do not care about you or your issues, ironically, especially in the mental health department. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve gotten the excuse of, oh we can’t help you were understaffed but maybe they can help you somewhere else. Don’t bother.

Don’t use their pharmacy if you need quick refills on medications like antidepressants, I’ve had so many times where I’ve requested a refill a week before I run out and I have to go without my medicine for days before they actually do their job and refill it. Just use a CVS. Also, them being closed on the weekends screws everything up too.

We learned the hard way that even though we have a Colorado medical plan, this place was not in network. Staff will take your students insurance card, treat them, but not inform them of this. Check with your insurance first so you don't have surprise charges on your CSU bill.

I am sick constantly so I’m here all the time. They aren’t specialists, but the general doctors are not bad. Mental health and women’s health services are especially wonderful in my opinion. It’s a great resource to have so close to campus.

My appointment was canceled with no notice at all. Another appointment was canceled with only 20 minutes' notice. Paid $150 for a 10-minute dental checkup where I was told I'd have to go somewhere else to get help. The Pharmacy is overpriced. The only positive is that my prescriptions are refilled quickly.

I’ve usually had pretty good experiences (Terri Elffner is AMAZING) but today was different. The provider that saw me today was understandably busy and I came in as a walk in so it made sense. I’ve been experiencing COVID like symptoms and found out I was exposed to it the day before so I went in to get evaluated. The provider I saw today straight up told me that she “did not want to be in the room.” I understood as I could have COVID, however, I thought that it was very unprofessional of her to voice this as a primary care provider.

This one star goes to the older secretary in physical therapy. When you think of a stereotypically bad doctor’s secretary she always comes to mind, for me. Always in such a foul mood that clearly shows how unhappy she is with her life. I I have been visiting the same pt for over a year and a half and have never seen her in any other mood thats not pure entitlement. As an adult full time student i have never treated anybody the way she has treated me and other students( in front of me). The lack of professionalism and awareness is just shameful. Lady you seriously need to get of that high horse your own.
