JEFF IS THE GREATEST!!!!! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get an order that was unfortunately messed up due to a technical error and door dasher problem. He helped me more than anyone from Cosmoprof EVER has. He DESERVES a raise or a promotion. He customer service was nothing less than excellent. This could have been an absolute disaster, but because of HIM it wasn’t. I truly can’t say thank you enough Jeff. I will be coming in to personally sake your hand and truly thank you for all of your help.

I own a salon in Fort Collins I always loved this location untill... They hired one of the rudest staff members I've interacted with in a long time. Super unpleasant and unpersonable . She acted like I stole something I was trying to return then when I asked to use the store phone for 2min to let my client know I was running late. I was told I couldn't "because someone might call the store" . My husband called in and order for me arrived and it hadn't been pulled he was told he needed to pull it himself....he's been picking up for me for years with no issue till today... I'm busy sometimes I need his help and the supply stores know us and we were literally treated like nobody today. I had to call and verify my order ? Never have I had to stop what I'm doing and do that. Maybe sometimes people should loosen up a bit and worry about customer service more than a corporation . I'll be doing business with Salon Services from now on at least they know how to treat people

i am a frequent flyer at this location and have been for about 2 years now. Anne & Rick are BY FAR the best there and definitely the most knowledgeable and friendly. i cross my fingers in a good way that one of them is working when i walk in! Anne is sweet, conversational, helpful, and patient. Rick is very product smart, always in a great mood, efficient, and kind. overall these two are the two you’re looking for in this store. :)
