This is the best place in town to get a car wash! Super fast and easy and the vacuums are great for picking up all the fast food fries in all the nooks and crannies in my car. I wouldn’t expect car washes to have any type of customer service but dalton here is fantastic!!

Pet sitting can fur-up an interior and I needed to spend some time deep cleaning my truck, wow, what a great place, the vacuums are wonderful and the little air gun for the vents, and the towels, bravo! I highly recommend Cobblestone AutoSpa, great staff, friendly and helpful! No self wash available, but I was won over with the vacuum bays, bought the membership with unlimited washes for $20 monthly, did a decent job for the minimum package. Keep up the great work CobbleStone AutoSpa!!

FREE EQUALS NO AVAILABLE SPOTS. I've purchased the monthly subscription for car washes. It's just frustrating when I go to get a car wash, and then I try to find a spot to vacuum and use the towels to dry off my car there are no spots because they are taken up by "patrons" who regularly do not go through the wash but bypass so they can clean their dirty cars with the clean towels and free vacuums. I wish it was a single incident experience, but it isn't. If something is advertised as free it will be exploited unfortunately. I'll have to look for another Car Wash company who can mitigate unnecessary use of their accommodations.

Do not use this place - I bought a small roof top Thule carrier - used car wash multiple times with it and have had no issues - 3rd time I went to wash it they denied me access - I drive Uber and can not take the carrier off every time I need a wash - they also will not refund me the month I just paid and only used once - I bought my car brand new in 2023 and since using this place my car has a lot of scratches also - DO NOT SUPPORT this place. Great place for denied washes and if you want to scratch up your nice new car

I pulled into wash my car only to find out that all the vacuums were under construction and not available for this visit. Dalton was super sweet and offered me an alternate location, but gave me a complimentary gold wash for the inconvenience. Thanks for making things right I appreciate that.

WARNING! SCAM ALERT! This place trys to tell you they are running a special promotion. If you pay $2 extra, you can come back as many times as you want to within 30 days for free. I did that and when I got home, I looked at the receipt he texted to me and saw that he had signed me up for a membership. He never once mentioned the word membership, or said he would keep my credit card on file or that I will be charged again next month. He also signed the signature block at the bottom without my knowledge. What a shady/bait and switch way to do business! I immediately went back and talked to the manager, and found out that the man who conned me was actually Dalton Roseberry, the MANAGER HIMSELF! I insisted that he remove ALL of my information, which I hope he did. If I get charged again, I will file a formal complaint and have this place investigated. I have already called the Cobblestone customer service number and filed a complaint. She told me that the district manager would contact me, but I haven't heard anything from them.
