I have filed a complaint with the Colorado state regulatory board regarding this pharmacy. Incredibly rude staff. They have repeatedly made personal comments about my prescriptions, referring to one of them as “narcotics”. While it is indeed a schedule 1 controlled substance, it is prescribed to me by my doctor of 7 years and I take it as directed. I need it frankly, but it would seem Bernie the pharmacist knows better. What kind of pharmacist judges the people who are trying to get help? And what kind of pharmacy makes a person who is on Medicaid feel like some kind of druggie pariah who needs some financial help from time to time? I have been patronizing this establishment for years because I like to give my business to local companies. I have for years been telling my friends to go to City Drug. Never again! Completely unprofessional across the board. Shame on you City Drug.

I love this store! They have an amazing selection of European foods. I get all my Christmas treats here. We also just bought a roll of liver sausage-so delicious!

I love being treated like family when I go onto this eclectic store. My favorite items are the different wines they are carrying now, and the European chocolates for a super good treat on my way home. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to shop for my friends and myself!

I have been a customer of City Drug for over twenty years. I get all my prescriptions there, as well as greeting cards, shaving supplies, toothpaste and, on every trip, candy from their European selection of treats. Over the years, my wife and I have gotten to know the Wilkins family -- Sylvia, Barbara and Berni. I recommend City Drug wholeheartedly.

Was told not to come back because we asked to use the restroom. Planned on buying some CU merchandise, but the older woman behind the register completely deterred us from wanting to be in there. Maybe she was having a bad day, but was not welcoming at all.

Best customer service I’ve had in years. One of the employees lightly made fun of the way I bandaged a wound and pointed me towards everything I needed. As I was checking out, the person behind the counter insisted that I seek out a tetanus shot, which I definitely needed and wouldn’t have gotten without the suggestion 10/10 would recommend

Great experience when I needed medical supplies after my husband's surgery. They had everything I needed and it was much more affordable than a medical supply store. The staff was amazing.

Fastest refills ever! I started coming here because I wanted to support a family owned pharmacy, which is a rare find these days. Whenever I call to get my medication, it is much faster than the corporate owned pharmacies! And there is rarely any wait once I get there! Give these folks your business, you'll be glad you did.

The staff of City Drug Fort Collins helped get my family covid-19 vaccine boosters that we needed. They were incredibly kind, caring, and, most importantly, informed about what we needed to get the protection we needed. They took time with us and didn't rush us like other pharmacies have in the past. Barbara was very gentle with the vaccines, if you are squeamish, she will put you at ease and make sure the process works for you. They were also the only local place we found that had Novavax, which really sets them apart! They clearly care about the wellbeing of their customers and I appreciate that they helped my family get boosted easily! We want to come back for future vaccines! Thanks!

The city pharmacy is the best in Ft.collins. they are very knowledgeable about my medications. They are a hard working family. I would highly recommend them.i would not use anyother.very hard working family. my.hdeliver my medication s right to my door.i wouldn't use any other on in town.

Fort Collins City Drug in Old Town is family owned, which garners huge points for me, but it's the crew there that makes CD stand out from all the rest. The Wilkens family has created a go-to store for much more than prescriptions, although Pharmacist Barb ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her clients. You only need step into this jam-packed store to realize it is a true gem. Looking for foreign foods you can't find elsewhere; seeking affordable CSU gear; need just the right greeting card (at a fraction of the price found at chains); want Christmas ornaments that will stand out; need a perfectly fitted brace; or simply need some exotic candy, City Drug is the store for you.

We were needing a wheelchair at the end of the day so we could take our Mother home from the hospital. They stayed after hours for us and were very friendly. This is a great family owned and operated pharmacy!!

Choice city Drug is #1,way above the known every day pharmacies,the knowledge the staff and pharmacist Cary is a one on one relationship with each customer! You are not just another customer or prescription! You will be treated with respect and kindness each and every time!!!! I truly wish every business treated their customers as this business does.this day and time,I feel that customer service has went out the door and way underground! It should not be too much to ask for,the business has it all! And does it all! Keep up the good work! The greatest principles that America was founded on!

The people here are what really make the difference! The shop is family owned and operated and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you’re a part of their family. They have international food, which is usually on sale, and alcohol at a very reasonable price. If you get your prescription here you will be delighted with the humanity you’re shown, for instance I once was unable to pay for my prescription and they not only filled it for free until I was able, but offered to fill the full prescription for free.
