Casterenas is amazing! Our granite is beautiful. So appreciate their quality & professionalism. Ian was so helpful from the moment I walked thru the door. The installation crews attention to detail was impressive. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are remodeling our entire house. Castorena's worked with us from start to finish to provide Quartzsite countertops in the kitchen (4 pieces including a large L shape and an island), three bathrooms (4 pieces) and the laundry room (1 large counter). This was the first time my wife and I had been around natural stone. Ian (sales) was simply fantastic to work with. He guided us (never any pressure) through the entire process, giving us excellent suggestions and help. He kept us informed through the whole process. Castorena's met (kept) all of their schedule dates. Sonda did a great job in templating and again guided us through the process with lots of excellent questions and suggestions to make sure we got what WE wanted. Jackson and his crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job of both installing the counters AND answering all of my many questions. We had two small issues arise. One was handled on the spot with no delay or cost to us and to our complete satisfaction. The second minor issue is being addressed now. Both issues were handled promptly, without any push back or hesitation. This is a company that truly stands behind their work and their goal is complete customer satisfaction. The counter tops are beautiful and we are very happy we went with Castorena's Granite & Quartz. I highly recommend them!

Started with my bar and now they have replaced 3 bathrooms and a laundry room and currently working on my kitchen. They are a great team to work with from picking out stone to the installed finished product. I must say that Sonda is the BEST!!!! She made everything so easy and beautiful. Thanks Castrorena's

Love love love this place! I had another company do some granite counter tops and they were not nearly as attentive.The culture here feels like family. You can always tell when people love their job or not . Rest assured you will be taken care of when you go to Castorenas’s!

I highly recommend Castorena's. We worked with Maria, Ian and Sonda and they were all awesome. Everything went smooth, on schedule and turned out amazing! It was extremely helpful that they knew local, reliable contractors that could take care of the other details that needed to be done.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I worked with Ian. He is knowledgable, fast, and friendly. They have a great selection of slabs and even will send you to their suppliers so you can see a larger selection. Their finishes are top notch. We also chose the rope edge which is just amazing, I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out but for no reason it is totally amazing. Castorena has exceeded our expectations, if we are ever in the market again we will without hesitation use them for our home.

They will help pick out the type of counter top you need and colors as well. Isidro and his crew worked diligently to make us happy. Great family owned business ??

Castorena's is my new favorite place!! I was working with another Granite place in Loveland and had a really bad experience. I was offered to work with Castorena's and was very hesitant because of my experience. They went above and beyond, didn't charge me anything extra and fixed all of the issues that had happened with the other place. I really appreciated their understanding and professional approach to fixing my issues. Sonda is awesome, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with the plan and work. Dustin has been so easy to work with and has made each step so easy. Sarah at the shop was so patient and helpful when I was trying to pick out my new countertops and bathroom vanity top. She actually helped me go through all of the remnants, yes piece by piece, so I could find just the right one! I highly recommend Castorena's for all of your home remodel needs. They truly know what it means to provide top notch customer service. Thank you everyone at Castorena's!!

We just had Castorena's complete our kitchen countertops and a bathroom vanity (using what remained of the slab we had purchased). We had a really positive experience working with them. They were friendly and helpful from beginning to end, and we especially appreciated how many samples they had available in their showroom. When it was discovered on install day that a couple pieces had been measured incorrectly, they owned the issue immediately and had new pieces cut and installed by the end of that week.
