My car sat in their parking lot for 8 of the 13 days they had it. When I picked it up, I noticed a white residue all over the black trim of my car, and scratches from detailing (I never asked them to detail it) and deep scratches around the driver's side door handle. I also noticed that the trunk will no longer functioned. When I brought this to their attention, they had me wait in the lobby for an hour, before letting me know they would need more time to fix it. They then drove me to enterprise and put me in a low end garbage rental, until they could fix it.
***Update***
They got my car back to me and supposedly fixed the issue with a software update (unlikely). It seemed to function at their facility, but the trunk failed to open again after I got it home

My fiancé dropped her Tesla off for minor body repairs in April. They initially told us that the repairs would take a week, however the part did not come for 5 weeks. We were flexible and understanding with them and waited 6 weeks to pickup the car. Upon pickup, we noticed a huge crack on the car windshield. We had no chips or cracks prior and asked them if they would repair it. The service worker at the front refused, saying “it happens all the time in this industry.” We reached out to Daryll the manager hoping he make it right. He again said that they would not repair the windshield. We were quoted $1,600 to repair the windshield which was 3x the amount of the initial repairs for the car body. If we would have known that we would have to wait 6 weeks only to eat a huge cost and be out of a car again, we would have taken our car elsewhere. We are very disappointed and sad to see a business operating like this and taking advantage of their customers. I do not recommend bringing your car here when there are so many other auto body shops that operate with integrity. 0/5 stars.

CarStar fixed some door and side panel damage to my daughter’s car. It took about two weeks from start to finish and they were able to make the vehicle look new again. Fantastic work and they were always in communication every step of the way.

From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, Brian kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied with the work being done. The end result? My car looks and drives like new again!
