“I recently rented a car through my insurance, which scheduled the rental with my preferred Enterprise location. Enterprise called ahead to confirm the time, date, and my preferred vehicle type, making sure everything was set. However, when it was time to pick up the rental, I ended up at a different location than expected. I’m not sure if I misheard the location during the confirmation call or just assumed it was the one I’ve always used—either way, I went to the Enterprise location where I’ve rented multiple times in the past few months and have always had great service.
When I provided my reservation details, there was a brief moment of confusion, but it was handled seamlessly. The team member quickly reconfirmed everything, stepped outside, handed me the keys, and I was on my way—super smooth and hassle-free.
The drop-off at the same location was just as easy. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the entire process took no more than four minutes. Absolutely wonderful customer service, as always!”
“This Enterprise is amazing. They know the value of good customer service. Andrew V helped us tremendously. After the mixup at the other enterprise location, Andrew was able to give us a car immediately. A very nice Buick. Kris drove to pick us up at the dealership. Kris also is a wonderful guy. So polite and friendly.Returning the car I neglected to call Andrew I was returning the car. He reminded me I should have called as he didn't have anyone to take us back to get our car. Andrew found someone to take us to our car. Vinny drove us back. Nice young man as well.Overall one of the best experiences I have had with a rental car place! “First of all my rating is for an individual not the company. I travel frequently and only use Budget as my last resort. Budget is a horrible company. My last rental in Denver began with me getting a size of car that I did not reserve. Of course, all the other thousands of cars in the parking lot were not available, so I had to take the car assigned to me, a Jeep. Within 10 mins of driving, the car started to wobble immediately. I thought I had a flat tire and pulled over but everything seemed fine. I drove slowly for 30 mins and then parked the car for 3 days. I then drove to Fort Collins where the car shook so uncontrollably that my hands were tingling. It was clear this was the Jeep "Death Wobble" due to the wheels being misaligned. I went to three Budget dealers in the Ft Collins area. I was told I could pay for a wheel alignment out of pocket, I could drive back to Denver with the Death Wobble, they were out of cars even though their website showed availability, or I could spend my vacation waiting hours for a tow truck to come out but they still had no way of getting me back to the Denver airport. I took pics of the tires. Most of the tires were heavily worn, with the exception of one which was brand new. The tire pressures ranged from 35 to 42, The car just wasn't taken care and the customer support lines could care less about the safety of me or provided any options to resolve the issue.
That's the background of my story. The review is for Braden Finch at the 4900 South College Avenue in Fort Collins. After spending hours with offshore customer support and visiting multiple locations, Braden was the first person to actually listen to the situation. He was apologetic and was very familiar that the Jeep Death Wobble was a common issue that Budget has with their jeeps. Because of his empathy, he was able to calm the situation, address the situation and we agreed to a fair resolution. Of the 5-7 people I talked to about this situation, Braden was hands down the only professional. I escalated to Roadside Emergency, Customer Service Management, Denver Onsite Customer Service, Offshore Customer Service and two other Fort Collins locations. Everyone was short, rude and could care less about the safety of their customers. I wanted to recognize Braden, If you have to rent in Fort Collins, use the 4900 South College location and ask for him.

“We started out at the location inside of Walmart. It was kind of a hot mess in there. They were clearly understaffed and the vehicle we had reserved was supposed to seat seven, but when we got in it, it only sat five. To this location and the service was amazing! The staff was super helpful, despite having a lot going on. They were able to upgrade us to a vehicle that would work, and even cleaned it out and inspected it for us right before letting us take it. The lady working the counter was very friendly and very helpful and we were so appreciative to work with her! At one point, she told us that she had gotten a called in on her day off. Fantastic customer service for someone working on their day off!”
