We love Bright Horizons! The teachers and staff are so welcoming and our kids really love it. They do all kinds of activities, including special activities where the fire truck visits or the CSU bug people come and show the kids the bugs. The gym is amazing so that they can move their little bodies, even when it’s cold outside. My son has been there for over two years and we now send my daughter too. Highly recommend!

Had two kids here for 1.5 years, and one still attending. The location is convenient for us. The teachers and staff are very caring, and they do pretty well to limit teacher turnover, which has been a problem at all of the childhood care centers around town. The indoor gym is amazing, especially one cold days, and the outdoor playground is also pretty awesome. Both of our kids really loved attending here.

We were in CO for the summer and the staff were nothing but excellent, kind, and caring with my two kids. They grew a lot over the summer and a lot of that is thanks to the great teachers and admin staff. The app is kind of blah but otherwise good experience.

This is a wonderful day care to let your kids have fun and learn and grow. We used the East Fort Collins as a backupcare and our kid had enjoyed coming here.

Both my kids (ages 4 and 2) go to Bright Horizons East, and we love it! The center's care and attention to staying healthy and safe has been wonderful. We've been going for two years, and it's great to have the same teachers who begin to know my kids and have consistency. It's a good feeling to drop off my kids and feel confident that they are growing, learning and having fun. The center comes highly recommended.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons for a couple of years. She absolutely loves it. The staff is great with her, I feel safe leaving her there, and they work with my schedule. They are not just a daycare, my daughter learns so much from her teachers. Highly recommend!

So I’ll start off with some positive, our kids have been going to bright horizons for roughly 4 years. In the beginning this place was amazing and we loved it. We toured a few places and this was the only one that did not stink like dirty diapers, had a friendly staff and an awesome indoor playground. They had/ have some amazing people there ( Miss Dahlie, Miss Megan, Miss Brooke, Miss Meg, and the especially amazing Miss PAM). My kids always felt loved and important by these individuals in particular. Over the last year it has progressively declined and become very cold and the corporate feel is very apparent. We used to feel very welcome every morning and now we’re lucky to get a hello. The turnover rate here is very high and we even saw one of the amazing teachers working at a local kum & go gas station stating she made more working there than she did at bright horizons. Maybe it’s easy for some kids but for others who struggle with change, frequent teacher changes were a real emotional struggle. Our kids definitely learned alot from this place and learned to respect authority and others. All this being said I would not change the time we had here, but we are extremely concerned about the direction this place is going. Our second child’s last day was today after roughly 3 years. Not only did none of his teachers know he was leaving, he didnt even get a goodbye. Needless to say, we are disappointed with our exit and had hoped for more. We will sincerely miss the teachers who have positively influenced our kiddos but will not recommend this facility as it stands today. We hope that this can become the center it was when we started.

My 2 year old son was shy and anxious about starting preschool. Both the administration and the teachers are SO supportive of our visits to get him acclimated in time for enrollment!

Wow, I love these folks! My Son has excelled while attending, the teachers are awesome, and everyone is such a joy! My son loves going to school!
