I think this is a gem of a small business. I was going online after discovering Kratom but the prices were ridiculous. I googled kraton near me and went to Botava based on the fabulous reviews and they are all correct! I get wonderful conversations, great products and amazing products. Living with Rheumatoid Arthritis means mostly constant pain usually but not any longer. I would totally recommend this place to anyone, especially novices like myself. AND for me I can walk there. Bonus but I would drive far knowing how knowledgeable and kind everyone is.

Didn't catch the young ladies name that helped me but excellent customer service. I'm super socially awkward and most people don't really understand how to treat me. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and overall, made me feel comfortable. Thank you for your help.

Great prices, great quality, and great service. I have been to one other store with similar quality (in another state) and the prices were like 3x inflated. Also the store is interesting and has a chill mom-and-pop vibe.

I used to love this stuff. Little did I know how physically addicting Kava Kava and Kratom were. I would advise everyone to quit taking this stuff. It is not regulated so my doctor said there is no way to know what's in that stuff. I had to go to the ER for health problems caused by this stuff. The detox was 10 days of absolute misery; worse than heroine withdrawal. The staff are nice and friendly but a lot of them are also highly addicted to this stuff. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I got in trouble when the matrix went real world on me the last time I posted a review. It's worth it. I'm ready. I have a green dragon! Btw, this place has the best products mother nature could provide. Top of the line. Also, cool peeps. Tell em "Mike sent ya" for a discount....but they won't know what you're talking about.
