This rating is for the supervisor Kevin who took the time to help me when geek squad left me waiting for over 20min to replace a TV. Kevin handled his job with the upmost professionalism and I was very satisfied with my service today

I like this Best Buy a lot. Easy checkout and returns, but the jackholes standing around until you have your kid go nudge them to say hello is obnoxious.
