The cashier tonight rolled her eyes right in front of me and other customers after they had to call for my attention to come up to the register. My bad for zoning out in line, but a reminder to be kind to people during this busy holiday season. You never know what kind of day/ week/month someone may have just had. You can vent to your coworkers about it later, but shouldn’t roll your eyes in front of your customers.

Called them Friday to let them know I'll be picking up my online order in a few days. The lady said that would be okay and left a note on my items. Well, I came in, and they didn't have my order and said they put it back on the shelf. Staff needs to be trained better. Disappointed because I ordered items when they were on sale and now lost my order and wasted time driving to the store for nothing

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with Bath & Body Works' online order and pickup service. My girlfriend placed an order online, which was available at a discounted rate. The store policy clearly states a 5-day window for pickup, which initially seemed reasonable.However, due to unforeseen circumstances, my girlfriend realized she wouldn't be able to make it within this timeframe. On the 4th day, she called the store to explain the situation. The employee she spoke to was understanding and assured her that making a note on the order to extend the pickup to the 6th day wouldn't be an issue.Imagine our frustration and disappointment when we arrived at the store on the 6th day, only to be informed that our order had been shelved back due to the expiry of the 5-day window. The staff member we interacted with was unhelpful and stated that nothing could be done about it. Moreover, to repurchase the same items, we were told that we would have to pay the full price since the discount period had lapsed.This experience not only caused inconvenience but also resulted in financial loss. The discrepancy between what was communicated to us and the actual policy implementation is not only misleading but also reflects poorly on the store's customer service ethos. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of flexibility and customer understanding from a reputed brand. We are extremely dissatisfied and are reconsidering our future purchases from Bath & Body Works.

This is the best Bath & Body Works in CO! The store is always perfectly set & they've got the BEST employees! Always helpful, sweet & overall a joy to be around! I look forward to going mostly because of the amazing employees that work at this location ? I've been going to this location for several years & it has ALWAYS been a great experience! ?

Grabbed a few things and while I was standing near the register the chip reader read my card from inside my purse. Without pulling out my card at all, it asked me for my pin. I never tapped anything. Extremely sketchy. I was at the register and had not even been cashed out yet. I brought my concern up to the manager and she pretty much disregarded me and laughed at me. I reported her store to my bank. I wound up leaving without anything because that was extremely sketchy. She just kept telling me to scan my card again even though it registered from within my purse twice! Why is a card reader scanning cards from an extreme distance? Do not recommend going here. This store has been blocked by my bank.
