Been holding off on reviews like this but no better time than the present.
Found a BlueRay movie i wanted. Amazon had it for $20 cheaper from the only 3 sources selling it.
Asked if there was price matching, only from the B&N website.
Looked up the other BlueRay i had picked up… also cheaper from Amazon.
Point is, B&N isn’t a “local” business. It’s not a “ma and pa” shop. I couldn’t care less about not shopping there as most things can be found cheaper online.
Today they missed out on $70 in sales from one buyer.
If they dont want to price match other big names then no need to go back because i bought those dvds as soon as i got home and saved almost $40.

I like this Barnes and Noble, although the one down in Promenade Shopping is in a nicer location. It's kinda hard to get into the parking lot of this one. Easy to miss the turn. Other than that, all the usual Barnes and Noble stuff.

No better place for books and magazines. Amazing atmosphere customer service is excellent staff is very well informed and helpful, amazing selection if they don't have a book, they will get it for you. They go out of the way to treat you like the valued customer that you are. It's great feeling to be so attended to and have all the answers to the questions. Love this place. Great selection of sports cars also magic in Pokemon as well also the children's section is amazing, lots of age appropriate educational toys

I needed to do some some research on cancer of the Prostate. I wanted the most updated books on the latest treatments, and they are one of very few stores that had any on the shelves. I also wanted to read the preface before buying to make sure they were the most updated books on the subject. They had plenty, and I purchased several of them. Price was reasonable, check out line was long, but they added more friendly cashiers and I was out of the store in short order! Clean, busy, huge selection and friendly staff...what's not to like?

My 3 stars is only because my friend and I read A LOT, however, when we go to get new releases or books that should be out on Tuesday most of the time they are not and we end up having to come back or order online. Otherwise it's a good place, go there all the time and never had an issue with customer service or anything else.
