Gavin failed and gave the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I just sat at an auto zone parking lot for 3 hours waiting for a battery to be charged. They never even plugged it in. I gave them another 30 mins and got 10% of a charge. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting for a service that was mever granted. Ive never seen such disrespectful, uneducated, and pathetic men working at a mechanic parts shop. The whole line of customers was disgusted and voiced never coming back. Great job autozone

It's an autozone. You know. Youngo thrre for a winshield wash fluid and they will ask for the year and make of the var hahshs
Still, despite that, most of the time, kids working there have no clue how many wheels a car has. It is still a convenient place to get the last minut stuff you need for work on your car or finish it

I needed a headlight bulb for my vehicle and Matthew H not only gave me incredible customer service helping me find the correct bulb, but he also replaced the bulb for me, and made sure it worked before I left. He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL and I couldn't thank him enough for his wonderful above and beyond help!! THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH MATTHEW!!He also did it all with a smile!! He was absolutely happy to help me. ?

Hands down the best auto shop in town, the staff are knowledgeable, skilled and provide great customer service. Also their prices are competitive and fair.
