I had taken my car in to get a light fixed. Not only did they improperly fix the light but they also caused my hood to get stuck. The employee that fixed my light got fired for stealing parts. When I called the manager of the store, Terry, to see what we could work out he was extremely rude and told me that since I did not have proof he was not going to help whatsoever. The manager is also inconsistent in being at the store when he is supposed to which was a root cause of my issue. My experience at this store has been terrible from the start, and I would never recommend anyone to go to this AutoZone, if any, after this.

Jack was extremely helpful! He helped change my car battery in the negative degree temperature. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what type of battery to purchase and how to change it. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend asking for Jack if you have questions about your car troubles. Thank you!

Hector was AWESOME. Went above and beyond. Went to buy some brake pads and rotors and Hector made sure we had everything. He even made sure they had these other tools in stock IN CASE I needed them. Had to call for a question and he made sure we were able to get the rotor off. Thanks so much!

I recently purchased a battery for my truck from autozone. When the battery stopped working and no longer held a charge. I was informed by the manager that the warranty on the battery had expired 4 days previously and that the only thing they could do was sell me a new battery and refused to replace the defective one. Will now be spending my money else where that actually has customer service

they sold us the wrong light for öur BMW and also wouldn't take it back on return. if they hadn't said it would work for our vehicle we wouldn't have spent a much missed $105 on it. shame shame. not ok.

My truck kept dying and of course dodge dealership didn't have any openings. AutoZone was the only place I could get into and the lady there checked my battery alternator and starter. Hooked me up with a new battery and a phone number to call in case I have any trouble with the starter later. Place is great !

Walked in and there was NO one , lady walks in after me goes to an employee in the aisles and helps her first …. Yeah I left , every time I walk in there , there’s always something. Go to Oriely, they’ll help you out for sure… What a waste of time .

I came in to this location a couple days ago to replace my alternator for a remanufactured alternator under the stipulation that I could return the old part for some money back on the deal. This was my first time dealing with Autozone so I was not aware of how this process works. My friend and I were helped by an employee, a young guy with braces who seemed so stoned he was in another dimension, who checked to see if either of us had accounts there, but after determining that we didn't he made no effort to make us aware of the warranty (which requires an account) or the policy for returning the replaced part (a purchase must be made under your account or you have to return with a receipt for the purchase). Regardless, he still told us to bring the part back anyway so I figured we were good to go at that point. When I came back to return the old part a different employee helped us, and only then did I learn about any of these policies. All in all the new part has no warranty and I wasn't able to return the old part because our toasted cashier failed to tell me that I needed an account.

Every other autozone in town is quicker than this one by an order of magnitude, stood in line for over 20 minutes for a part that was already on hold and watched the 2 people behind me in line walk out and leave after waiting for so long. There was only a single staff member working the point of sale despite there being another 2 employees standing around in view of the customer. Extremely bad show, if another autozone says the only part they have is in stock here have them order one in instead and you'll probably get your part faster.
