This is one of the better AutoZone stores that I’ve been too. All I needed was a battery and I was on the fence over going with platinum or gold and the guy at the counter was helpful with listing off the difference between the two to help me make my decision.

I love it when you take the time to drive to get parts from the parts store, and they have what you need in stock. Nowadays, it isn't easy to do this. They had what I needed and I didn't have to wait for it to come in. Thanks for the great customer service!

I hate to leave a bad review but this young guy working here makes the store look bad. Cashier #52 whoever you are your customer service is atrocious. I don't know if I was interrupting your F bomb rap that you had to turn down when I was in or the fact that I was tired and didn't have the exact answer of what relay I was after 10 minutes before closing time but when I take the time to apologize for having a bad day the response to a customer isnt "don't take it out on me" because that was a far cry from someone taking it out on you. Your counterpart was actually trying to be helpful and you kept trying to shut him down too. You think you know it all and if I wasnt so tired from hours of tracing wires I probably would have responded a little less politely than u deserve. Congrats. I think your the first person I've ever left 1 star for. Your going places in life ?

This is the most under qualified store I have been to. There is rarely anyone working that understands that I can check out using a commercial account. I also tried to use Sylvania's warranty where they state you can return to the place of purchase and the only response I got is "we aren't Sylvania" and "call Sylvania that's not an autozone problem" even though it's clearly printed on the packaging. I definitely reccomend shopping almost anywhere else. Ask this occurred after diving across town because the first autozone I visited stated they couldn't honor the Sylvania warranty because you have to return to the same store you originally purchased the product from IE this store.Update: I spoke with the District Manager and he resolved my issue through the store off of Manhattan I'm Fort Collins ( a far superior store in my opinion)

Aidan provides above and beyond, 10/10 service, and makes it educational. Took the time to teach me how to change my own battery should I have to in the future.

Anytime I need something for my cars, or have my check engine light goes on this is where I go first. I have them see what is wrong before I see a mechanic every time.

They charged $19.00 for a$ 7.00 part and $20.00 for a $5.00 part not sure if it's legal but I wouldn't shop here

All I wanted was as K&N brand air filter for a Kia Telluride - a very common size that fits multiple Hyundai/Kia’s. Didn’t have a single one. Was told they could order it and two days later it’d be there and I could come pick it up.I got out my phone and Amazon had it on my doorstep literally the next day by 3pm- and for a few bucks cheaper! So while I normally enjoy shopping in-person and locally, it doesn’t make sense with the vast network of stores to provide slow service and not have inventory within the immediate area (I could understand maybe one or two stores) but there are a lot of AutoZones in the area. A bit disappointing.
