I had a fairly simple need when I entered the store but it was still super smooth to get it done. I was fully expecting to have the experience be a total faff but Laura R is ON IT. Excellent visit, I'd definitely come back to this store in particular if I have any other issues that require an in-store visit.

I forgot to get her name but she was amazing. Right when I came in the store she help me right away. It took me less than 15mins to get all transaction done. She was very knowledgeable.I got my iPhone 14 for my son and they have the color in stock as well which l don’t to wait. Thank you

Came in from out of state with a dead phone. Rep waited on us immediately and discussed options. I chose a new phone and within an hour was on my way with everything transferred, up and running. Competitive price on the new phone. Very good service!

I hope I never have to go to this store again. I was told to go to a “corporate store” to replace my screen protector to avoid unnecessary fees. I still paid the same amount of fees I would have paid at a ATT-retail store. Additionally, I waited for over 40 minutes to get some help. There were two representative on-floor. To the credit of one employee, she was actually helping a customer. The other employee had an over 40 minute conversation about wanting buy a home and fixing his credit. Nothing related to helping customer, it was a personal conversation. I had to wait until this employee was done with a personal conversation. During this time, five other customers waited to get helped.Unprofessional. Waste of a time.

So my sister in law lives with me and is home bound. Her phone died so my son helped me order her a new phone on line. He then left on vacation. The phone came and I had no idea how to transfer data. I tried several videos and even called apple support who hung up on me twice. So thought I’d call AT&T store where she get her service Explain to them and a very nice young man said they would help. So I went over and another very nice young lady helped me get everything set up and wipe the other phone. She even put on the case that I bought for it. I know this is long but being a senior and not knowledgeable about this stuff it meant the world to me. Not everyone is willing to work with my generation but these people saved my sanity. Besides her phone is the only outside communication she has so very important to her. Thank you AT&T.

I went in with my girlfriend so she could get a new phone. Matthew helped her out and was fantastic and very customer service driven. He made sure she was taken care of from beginning to end and got her set up with all the accessories she needed. He even put the screen protector on for her. Top class service from Matthew and I highly recommend him.

I came in Sunday August 27, 2023. The gentleman who worked that day was very helpful. He identified what phone I had from a distance which I was honestly impressed with. He was very knowledgeable about the smartphone protector covers available and helped me pick one that I am very satisfied with. I wish I could remember his name but he is great at what he does. Thank you again.

We had a very odd situation where we were manipulated into switching carriers from AT&T. When we discovered that we needed to switch back to AT&T, Morgan Ibarra in the Fort Collins store was extremely helpful. She immediately understood our issue and worked to resolve it. She kept us apprised as to what was happening each step of the way. She was personable, friendly and got us back on track with AT&T as if nothing had happened, no extra charges, etc. A+!

Only thing worse than AT&T is this branch in particular. Just spent 2 hours trying to transfer accounts and unlock a phone and left with neither complete. Even after working with a manager. Terrible.

Visited this store because I needed a new sim card. There were 5 or 6 guys standing around and the one that came over to me took my phone, then turned his back on me to take the cover off. Proceeded to lick the back of my phone and placed the cover back on. Then tried to tell me my phone was shot and I'd need to by a new one, pointing out he had noticed some moisture on the backside. I left there, removed the cover from my phone and wiped his slime off, and headed to the other At & T store at the north end of town. One guy there, a little busy. But considerate and placed the new sim card, no fee. Now, which store would you advise people to visit?
