Best experience at an AT&T store I’ve had. Keith Williams took care of all our needs including adding a watch, adding a line, upgrading a phone and making our bill go down! Will definitely use this location in the future.

Heroes! That's what Haden and Dylan at the store at 2740 E Harmony are to me! My phone had a rare account glitch that no one - not the call center, or a closer store in Loveland - would resolve. These extraordinary men jumped in and would not give up. They tried reset, multiple SIM cards, phones, and many calls on my behalf to AT&T, and their determination to help me SUCCEEDED! The hours they spent did not mean a sale, but I will never buy from any other AT&T store, and HIGHLY recommend them. Dylan and Haden, you made this 67-year-old lady feel like there are still businesses out there worth my faith by caring enough to go not one, but many, extra miles. THANK YOU

Protect Advantage ($45 extra per month) and Next Up ($6 extra per month) were added without being informed or given consent to add on to my family plan. I specifically went there to get a new phone and that is all. Don’t shop here unless you know EXACTLY what you are leaving with on your plan. Sketchy practices!

Did not seem honest about charges on phone plans. Ended up with a bill 2 times what they quoted me come to find out they add many unnecessary charges. Would not recommend going to this store. Would give a zero star if it was an option.

I was having trouble with my phone for year I want to say and no other AT&T would help me or work with me and a young gentleman named Dylan helped me and he went above and beyond and did everything he could to help me and get my phone back up. I say this with happiness because I haven’t had a working phone for long time and he did it! I went to every atat around and he was only one who helped me so thank you!

The store had 5 people being serviced/waiting and and the service rep "warned me they were busy". I waited about 5 minutes before being helped. Once I was being helped the servive rep was talking so fast, I had to ask him to slow down in which he became rude. Then he explained my choices were to upgrade or try to warranty. I chose warrantly. So he gave me a number and said he would then help another. This interaction took less then 5 minutes.He gave me the wrong number and huffed when I told him the number he gave me went to a medical assist call line. The manager who came over was young and treated me with the same rushed attitude. When I asked him to go over the same choices( because the last rep was rushing and talking so fast it was hard for me to understand) he casually flung out " 36 month device turn-in rebate or call our 3rd party warranty" he rolled his eyes and then left.Believe the reps at this site should really slow down.I don't care for a new phone. Just one that works. Because I have been paying for a warranty I will be trying that avenue ( and because it is not att i will be directly working with)But if I do have to upgrade( because it is a new cell tower issue) I will not be staying with ATT. Their customer service has really been decreasing in the last year ( at least in Fort Collins). I have been with ATT since 2013.Idk, perhaps 29 is the age where I turned old and grouchy and I need a 16 year old to slowly explain new technology to me.

Went in to get apple phones 14 pro max and the next day delivery apple 14 pro .. we paid . The sales at&t man messed up our order at&t sales lady refuse to exchange it . We have a receipt that showed we paid for 14 pro max phones .

I was looking to get a prepaid card and the representative working in the store couldn't get to work for my phone. They argued that my phone was locked and spent 4 hours in the store and on my own to figure out what the problem is. I went to the corporate store 5 min down the road and they figured out what the problem is in 2 sec and got it working in 2 min. The problem was is in the system on their end where they had to push something on the line. Very disappointed. The employees need more training and support I guess. I would suggest to always go the corporate office down the st.

Great service I was treated kindly and with respect. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you so much
