Greedy, often as high as brand-new, prices on items donated to them for free. Nearly impossible to find a good deal. You can get new clothing and household items for the same price if not less at stores like TJ Maxx. Takes all the fun out of the "hunt" and extremely disappointing and discouraging for those who really could benefit from reasonably priced donations as a way to cut down on costs.

Great store lost of selection on clothes. The good stuff is kind of ran through as most thrift stores in a college town are.

Wow, what happened to the ARC? I'll get to the pricing in a moment, but my last experience was just...weird. The man who I assume is the manager was walking & shouting across the store about the employees' schedules the entire time I was shopping. The cashiers were eating while working, which is no biggie in theory, but the cashier got orange chip residue on a white sweater I was excited to buy and had to pass on after he damaged it. He didn't apologize or anything, just shrugged and thought it was weird I decided not to buy it.Now to the pricing...this is actually heartbreaking. My family has been supporting the ARC for decades and I'm afraid I won't be back. The ordinary, small vases I was looking at were all priced at $24.99 with significant wear and damage. One of them was even $20 NEW online. The pricing across the board is shameful...$15 for used LuLaRoe, $7 for a small glass paperweight souvenir. The ARC CEO made over $550,000 last year and the rest of the leadership team is making between $150,000-$250,000. The company had $121 MILLION dollars in REVENUE last year (this is all public information). And yet they still ask us to round up at the register. How can you live with yourselves with these high prices (on items you get for free...what happens when it doesn't sell, by the way?) and awful service. This isn't what the ARC or Colorado is about. Shameful.

I never thought I would say this about an arc but this place is worse than goodwill. They want upwards of $20 for jackets with peeling leather and dresses with holes. Absolute joke. Go to any other arc but this one

High, high prices. Items are priced at the same cost as regular retail stores for almost everything. I’ve seen very worn and used items that are selling for the same price as brand new. They need to hire a new pricing person! They are now catering to the trendy elites and no longer selling items at affordable prices. So disappointing.

The staff is incredibly rude on the phone but not so bad in person. Prices are hit and miss. Best to go on Saturday.

Slowly going from my favorite thrift store to my least favorite. Prices are being cranked up to the cost of new items. They were asking more than the new price for several items and they had chips in them. I bought a kids mask for 2.99 that is actually less than 2$ new on Amazon. Wondering if management is seeing how far they can get away with pushing the price.

It’s always fun coming in to see what items you can use, kids clothes, books, and decorative pieces are my go tos.

The store was clean and organized. The prices were all affordable, and the employees were all gracious and kind as well. I bought a disposed award lanyard to use for my keys. I am thankful that there are stores like this that benefit good causes. Thank you!

This used to be one of my favorite stops whenever in Fort Collins. They have completely let this location go. Racks are disorganized and the whole store is dirty. Terrible customer service and insanely high prices. Expect target items for upwards of $10 and dirty nike for $15. Give your business to the goodwill down the road.

Sold my furniture from out under me when i was within my pick up window, and when i presented them with the issue they did not care at all. Management moved me around multiple times instead of just handling my issue directly.

Relatively decent organization system, but things were a little disheveled when I stopped by. They were very busy and the checkout lines moved fairly quickly. Few other things that were a little off putting, but overall this is a good thrift store to get lost in for a little while!

Prices are astronomically high for a used store it should be a lot cheaper to shop here but it is not and they say their motto is to help people with developmental disabilities but I don't see anybody that works there currently in the fort Collins location that has any disabilities that I can tell and everybody is normal nobody has disability it's just an ability.
