A little gym gem in the center of old town. LGBTQ friendly with gender neutral bathrooms and private showers.

This gym is so wonderful! The equipment and facilities are very clean and well-kept, and it is super safe and secure as a 24 hour facility. It has everything you need in an efficient space. The owners Rachel and Phil are also very responsive and helpful. And the rates are affordable for everything your membership includes. Highly recommend!

The people who manage this gym are very rude, I drive across town now because they deactivated my key fob for bringing a friend in with me to briefly use the restroom since we were in the area. They didn't even tell me that I was banned from this location for doing that. They just reprimanded me and told me to not do it again or they will charge me ridiculous fine. I highly recommend the anytime on Drake, or the one in Johnstown instead!

Definitely do NOT recommend this location! Give your business elsewhere. The owner sent a survey asking for my "candid feedback" to "improve your experience with our gym". They retaliated to my candid feedback by banning me from this location. No policies were violated I just informed them of my negative experience with their customer service demeanor. I get the strong sense that these owners resent any customer who uses their gym but whose "home gym" is elsewhere. The reason I chose AF as a franchise was the ability to use any location. For 2 years I was happy with AF. A gym doesn't need to do much to keep me content. I like the space to just destress, exercise and shower? I loved AF until I started frequenting the old town location. I understand Covid has been difficult for everyone, including gym owners. A conflict ridden, unsolicited phone call from the owners at this gym is not what one anyone needs from their gym. The Fort Collins owner stated I had been transferred to his location as my "home gym" and my fee is being increased from $35 to $45. I was confused by the unrequested transfer, the rate inccrease, and most of all, by him saying he needed my permission for the rate increase but that I would be banned if I didn't accept. I point out his threat rubs me the wrong way. When i try to explain that I am not using AF locations at normal pre covid levels (4x per week rather than 1x) and my normal ramped up usage may be at another location he resonds with "thats not my fault" and charachterizes my inquiry as 'I'm refusing to pay him for using his gym'. I was genuinely trying to understand how the home gym allocation works. When I politely note that his tone characterizing me as "refusing" isn't landing well, he gets defensive and tells me that I need to own my part too, and charachterizes my genuine confusion as me refusing to accept the answers he was giving me. The tone was impatient and that everything was the fault of my home gym for not explaining the transfer and fee policies to me and for me being confused longer than he wished to be on the phone. I was interrupting his day rather than the other way around So after now understanding the rules, and after having it explained courteously and professionally by corporate, I decide I want to ensure that over the next few months I follow the rules of making a different gym my home gym. I do everything that the owner and corporate said to do to make another gym my home gym. I agree to pay an increased rate of $10 so i dont get banned from using that location on occasion(i.e. I agreed to his ultimatm) but I start frequenting other gyms more so they become my home location. Conflict over right? Live and let live? I can workout in peace? No. The owner chose to continue to engage with the same level of customer service skill. Two months after our disagreement, and around the time where the AF algorithm should free me up to make another gym my home location, he sends out a corporate survey asking how my visit was( it was probably one of 2 visits I made to his location in 2 months). It says "Your feedback is incredibly important to us. Please let us know how we are doing by providing your candid feedback with a quick Member Usage survey (2 minutes). Your input will be shared with the gym staff and the corporate office to help improve your experience with our gym." I relay my "candid feedback" and then the owners reach out to me by email to engage further by blaming my home gym, not addressing any of my actual feedback. When I clarify, they ban me from the gym and complain I gave them "unsolicited feedback". What got me banned was letting them know their customer service demeanor made me very uncomfortable and I was endeavoring to use other locations as much as possible. They proved their character, and their customer service skills, by banning me from their gym location. If you are one of the 9% who actually give feedback before taking your business elsew

Everyone here is just incredibly nice, and courteous. The equipment (which is very new and in great shape) is always wiped down and shared well. People are considerate of your space and you can do a full workout no problem. I will say it can get a little tight in some areas, and I'd be concerned if there were more than about 30 people in there, but that's not the management's fault.

Very nice equipment and fairly new. Reason for the one star is the staff. Have never had issues with anytime staff before but staff at this location was very rude in handling there business. Would not recommend signing up for a membership at this specific location.

Called same day to cancel my membership. When I called she told she was going to cancel it and then hung up, it’s been a week now, never got an email about canceling and I got charged. I’ve called everyday and she has not called me back, believe her name is Rachel.Beware of this location, each gym is own privately so I would go somewhere else.

Anytime fitness in Old Town is definitely my favorite in FoCo. It isn't the closest location to where I live but it's worth the extra drive. First and foremost, it's very clean. You don't have to hunt for towels here like some other gyms I have been to. I came here five months ago to fight the fires and became injured. My doctor put me on two a days at the gym for prehab so I have really been spending a lot of time up there. I love that it is not crowded, and the trainers are incredibly helpful even if you don't get private sessions (I suggest you do though). In a nutshell, it is a great, clean, welcoming place for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike.

From outstanding trainers to a great environment, Rachel and Phil will ensure they take of you. Ask for any trainer and you will get your moneys worth guaranteed. I had Nichole and she was phenomenal with her workouts. Thank you guys so much for the amazing workouts
