I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is ridiculously bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They never called me when my contacts were ready so I never received them and then wouldn’t refund or order new ones without getting another payment. We already paid for 6 months worth I never received so that was not gonna happen. 911 i just got robbed by these wackos. Called twice and both times the lady’s who picked up sounded like it was their first day cause they had NO clue how to handle customers or figure out a simple yes or no answer. Save your money and brain cells, go ANYWHERE else. America’s best more like America’s worst!

Very disrespectful staff. Refused service to elders and made them leave crying. Very rude and profiled them by the color of their skin. Will definitely not be going back or use there sevices for further eye examinations.

Awful service ! My grandparents were just in there and left the place crying because of the awful treatment that they received for being Hispanic ! I am beyond ANGRY and DISGUSTED that we still to this day have such racist people . If you can’t be nice with costumers find a different job . There is no need for costumers to be experiencing awfully treatment !

One of the employees had a touch of the tisim and yelled at me, but he was just looking out for me. Thought the guy wanted me to follow him over to the counter behind him, I didn't know that passing some line was some sort of "HIPAA violation." Either way, the quality and selection of the glasses are top-notch.

My partner spent a lot for both his contacts and eyeglass prescription. He also purchased 2 pairs of glasses with blue light lens filters. He was given a set of trial contacts to try out but one of them fell out and was lost in the car almost immediately. He phoned the store to ask if he could get a replacement trial contact (just the one eye) and the gentleman (Mark/Matt maybe?) told him to swing by and they would help him out. We drove 25 minutes to the store (we live in North FoCo) only to be told by the SAME GUY that they cannot help.This America's Best is a waste of your time and money, I cannot recommend it. The customer service is ridiculous.

I recently had the honor and the pleasure of consulting with store manager Pam regarding a particular type and configuration of progressive lenses for correction of astigmatism. She was generous with her time and brought her several decades of experience in the field to bear in addressing my concerns and meeting my needs. I am very pleased with the results of her efforts and would strongly recommend both her and her friendly and knowledgeable support staff, to whom I award a well-deserved A+ in all respects. Erika Remus. She was just wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. And a wonderful personality. I would definitely recommend everyone I know who needs optical service to go in and personally ask for Erika. Very professional and I'm very happy with her service. She got me exactly what I needed, exactly what I wanted. And she got it to fit in my insurance budget! Wonderful customer service. A+++ all the way across the board. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was greeted right when I walked in and things moved smoothly. I did not know an actual MD would not be present during my exam until I showed up. It made no difference at all. I was seen quickly and virtually by the MD. I will be coming back again for future eye needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hesitant to write this because I was waiting on my glasses but now I have to!!First of all, I’m really blind. And I knew I had the wrong prescription. That is the ONLY reason I didn’t walk out.I was speaking with the really nice receptionist lady and she told me that there would be no doctor. Only on screen… weird, but whatever. I said oh, okay. I didn’t know that. And then this lady, “Chrystal” chimed in and was like it said that when you booked the appointment. In a really rude tone mind you. I was like oh… ok… it didn’t but it’s fine. Then she started raising her voice saying it did say that and if there’s a problem then she’s the one doing my exam so I can leave. I was like??? Ok?? I’ve NEVER been treated this way ANYWHERE. Then she takes me back into the exam room and starts having an extremely condescending tone… I was like look lady, can we like restart or something because I seriously need this exam. First of all, I couldn’t even understand her. She seemed like she was HEAVILY on pills… I had to ask her to repeat her questions numerous times. It was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had eat an optometrist. She has green hair and piercings all over. I didn’t even care to write the review because I just know this lady is going to get herself fired. She was so rude. I am literally 24.. no need to be so damn rude to people when they’re genuinely confused. AWFUL!!!!

Fantastic experience! Right from when I walked in the door greeted with a smile, Lillianne the tech was so nice and friendly, doc was clear and direct with exam. And Erika gave top notch service to order my contacts, super clear and helpful. The whole staff was amazing!!! Great place to choose for you wye needs!

I've been having anxiety about my eye health the past couple of weeks. I called around lots of different places to get an eye exam. They were able to get me in at the best time and had one of the best prices.As soon as I walked in, the anxiety I was having went down. Every member of staff was so sweet. I appreciated the time they took, I never felt rushed or pressured. When I checked out, I was helped by Pam. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped me pick out my glasses, very knowledgeable, and made me laugh quite a bit.I highly recommend coming here! The entire experience was a pleasant one, from my first step in, to my last one out. Thank you to everyone who helped me today! I appreciate it.

Went in to see about getting my glasses repaired. Pam was willing to help me very quickly and was very patient with me. She made sure everything was taken care of and fixed correctly. I will always be returning to this location

I feel bad writing these reviews because the people working here accommodated as best as they could and I am thankful for that. However, I came to this location to get my eye exam done since it was the only day I had off work and I had school in Fort Collins while also staying with my boyfriend for the week. (normally live in Denver). After my appointment I had to schedule an I&R and after being told I could not go to another Americas best for this appointment because they wanted me to see the doctor who prescribed me (even tho I had an online doctors appointment and wouldn’t have been able to see THAT doctor anyways) I drove up to Fort Collins 2 weeks later specifically for the I&R. When I got there I was told the tech wouldn’t be there until 2:00 so I could either come back at 2:30 or reschedule for another 2 weeks out. When I told them I couldn’t just “come back” at 2:30 they accommodated and I managed to get my trial pair of contacts but I feel like there’s a scheduling issue that needs to get fixed there. It was pretty frustrating to have to drive up because it just wasn’t possible to get an I&R done at any other facility then to schedule an appointment weeks in advance, go and not have the tech even be there!I also ordered my frames almost 3 weeks ago and they’re still not ready for me to come pick up. I’m pretty frustrated and I feel bad because the people here are sweet and they do try to make the moment right. I just felt like anytime I had to interact with this place it was one thing after another.
