I have used Alpine Moving for years. Today I was given the same great service I have come to expect from Apline. They worked hard, were efficient, and came in under the estimate. As usual they were very courteous! Thank you for all of your help today!

After multiple requests for an estimate and sending them the requested list of our furniture items, no one ever called or emailed me with an estimate. It has been over a week since I called them for an update and verified that they received our list. Since this is incredibly unprofessional, we have booked a different company who responds in a timely manner and wants our business.

I hired Alpine to unload two PODS from driveway into the house. All three movers arrived on time. They covered the threshold to avoid damage, worked hard, and got everything done faster than I expected. Easily worth the money and their speed really set them apart from previous moving companies (and I've moved a lot).

Cross posting here since they play games and try to keep better reviews for one location. What a JOKE. Let me start by saying the movers themselves were incredible and efficient. While they were 2.5 hours late, they still did a great job communicating with me once they were on there way (mind you, this was after I had to call to figure out why no one showed up at the scheduled time). Had we not had the issue I'm sharing below, this would be an entirely different review. I digress.
Here's the actual issue. I spoke to Krysta about moving costs at length and was told we would pay a certain amount (an amount also stated in our contract). When the movers left, I was overcharged. No problem-accidents happens. I spoke with the owner Ace, who apologized at length and assured me "not a problem, I'll get a check out to you today." Its been 2 months. Still no check. I've called numerous times and each time they would say "Oh, I'm so sorry, let me get that mailed to you" or "It's already been mailed out." Yeah, no. Staff now doesn't answer when I call, just let's it go to voicemail and won't return any of my emails.
Livid is an understatement. Highly recommend going with any other moving company. Just going to dispute the overcharged amount with my bank.

My last minute move from Loveland to Colorado Springs went incredibly smoothly due to the hard work by Colton and Tanner. They were very friendly, professional and took care with their work, even with some difficult-to-move items. They made the move so much easier and I would hire this team again in a heartbeat. We compared several moving companies and decided on Alpine Moving. The whole process was easy and straightforward. From booking, questions, and the actual move - everyone was kind and courteous.The move itself was impressive. I’ve moved a lot and these were the best movers I’ve ever used. They took great care of all of our belongings, took the time to do everything right, very efficient, and all that in the snowy weather. Luke and the team were great to work with! We plan on using them again. I don’t review things often but this was such a great experience I had to share!

We had an excellent experience with Alpine helping us unload some very heavy furniture and taking a lot of it upstairs. The guys were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend!
