AAA allows there customers to cause damage to other peoples vehicles and then make contact almost impossible. Been waiting almost 8 months now to get my car fixed and it takes there reps months to contact us back. We have filed a complaint with the insurance division and they can’t even get contacted back. We have several estimates for my car but can’t start any work to fix the damage because AAA is low balling the cost for repair, AAA wants my car to be taken apart and sit in someone’s shop for god knows how long until a AAA rep contacts them and sends another check which could be more months down the road. The amount of stress this has been for me and my husband is excessive and it shouldn’t be this much stress

If I could give AAA insurance 10 stars, I would. I’ve never had an insurance company that was so easy to work with and so helpful. I used AAA Fort Collins for three years til I moved out of state and all of their phone representatives were incredibly helpful, and saved me when I canceled my AAA policy before my new one would take effect (I moved out of state and found out after I cancelled that my new one wouldn’t taken effect for three days. I called, they reinstated it and only charged me for two days). I wish I could keep this company for insurance but they’re not offered where I moved. Amazing people.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes today. 12/13/2023. Finally I hung up. No return call as of yet. I drove over today(from Loveland to Fort Collins) Thursday 12i14i202 to have a form filled out and signed for a golf cart permit. I was told only my agent who is located in Colorado Springs is the only person who could sign it, Really? I was told to fax it to her Really? I told the person(Ron Thompsons) helping me if that was the case I would be changing insurance companies. That the reason I was dealing with this location was to be able to talk to my agent face to face. Ron didn't care and gave me the number to customer service. I called that number and they eventually transferred me to my agent in Colorado Springs where I got her voice mail. I am changing insurance companies even if it costs more. This is not worth the frustration.

I signed up for AAA earlier this year because my car is getting older. Sure enough, my car is dead in my driveway after this recent coldsnap, even though the battery is only 2 months old. Pete showed up right away, jumped my car and emailed me the codes to show AutoZone. I am not even kidding- from the moment I reached out to AAA, to switching out my battery at AutoZone, I only lost an hour of my day. It was truly the best case scenario. Great customer service by Pete from Johnstown. Please give that man a raise!! I can see where someone else below me complimented him recently too :)

Terrible customer service. Drove out of my way to get something notarized, arrived around 4:45 on a Thursday and was informed the notary had already left. Older gentleman had no customer service skills, no apology, he basically shrugged and said she’d be back tomorrow, 8:30. I have work 8-4:30, so that is not helpful, when I can’t count of her being there till 5:30 tomorrow either.

Honestly I was surprised. They have a bunch of necessary travel services like International Drivers Licenses, and they can even take and print your photos for you for cheap.They sell a ton of random travel accessories like plug converters and bags for less than you will find at any airport or Walmart.Customer service was fast and the lady was helpful and nice!

I have never used travel through AAA before and Ft Collins office was not willing to assist in providing guidance on travel. Definitely would not recommend.

Avoid AAA at all cost! They will lie and leave you stranded every time. 3rd attempt to use them today and they never showed after waiting over 5 hours.

Horrible experience!!! Tried to get my car towed on 2/1. I was tondi needed to be there that evening to meet the driver. I borrowed a friend’s car and drove 30 minutes to meet the driver at the schedule time. After waiting in the freezing cold for 20 minutes I called AAA only to find out that the driver was nowhere near there my car. I was told they would do a remote pick up instead and that I was able to go home. The dispatch woman told me my car would be picked up after one more car. The next morning my car was still sitting there. I called again. I was told yet again my car was the next in line. This happened to me several times. Finally after my car sat there for two days instead of getting work done by my mechanic, an arranged a tow with a different company. I have been trying to get my membership The dispatch woman told me my car would be picked up after one more car. The next morning my car was still sitting there. I called again. I have been trying to get my membership fee reimbursed for two weeks. I’ve been told over and over again that someone would be in touch with me ASAP. I still have not heard one word from AAA. How are you guys in business?!? This is absolute insanity. I had considered switching my car and my home insurance to AAA but instead I will let everybody know about my horrible experience with this company. Next up Better Business Bureau.

I've booked towing services 3 times within the last few weeks and waited over 6 hours for the tow each time. One of those times I had to cancel because of how late it was getting. Thankfully I wasn't on the side of the road in these situations but knowing how long it takes is making me think twice about having AAA.
