Ben & Sebastian were super courteous, friendly, & professional over the phone. They maintained consistent communication during my repairs & remained transparent in prices & expectations. A&B saved my 2011 BMW 535i & prevented me from having to replace the engine! I will without question be returning to them for any future vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Made an appointment for my daughters 2012 Subaru Forester to figure out why it is using or loosing oil between oil changes. They did a full inspection and I received a report with a priority list of items that needed immediate attention and other items that were recommended but not urgent. After talking to the service rep they suggested a plan to diagnose the oil problem and he didn't try to up sell me on the other items on the list. So far I am happy with the services received and I will go back when needed.

I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. Calvin and his team are kind, fair, and do great work. I have a ~problematic~ old 4Runner and they have been keeping it running for years. I have never felt taken advantage of, and I never feel like I need to call my dad after I take my car in. They are very transparent, and Ben and Calvin patiently answer every question I have about the car or service. Whether you know a lot about cars or nothing at all, they will treat you with fairness and respect. I cannot recommend them enough.

This shop is great! My car broke down on Monday, called the shop and talked to Ben about getting in. He was kind and honest with me with saying they were pretty busy, and that the soonest he could look at it was the following Monday with the upcoming holiday. I called a handful of other shops and got the same time frame, but Ben was by far the friendliest I talked to. Was able to get it towed there and dropped off Monday afternoon, by Wednesday morning they had already sent me the inspection report. Jeff worked on my car, he called me and chatted with me about what needed to be done and pricing, was patient with me while I mulled over things and called back, and was understanding with what I was able to have done to the car. I never felt like I was price gouged or pressured into something that I didn’t feel comfortable with doing - which is usually my big fear as a female in an auto shop! They were able to get my car fixed and back to me by Wednesday afternoon before the holiday which was wonderful. Big thanks to Jeff, the customer service was great and I’ll definitely be back for future services!

This place is so honest. Ben is the best mechanic anywhere! They overestimated how much my repairs would cost, and i stead of pocketing the extra they reduced the amount I had to pay and told me what happened. The people are kind, hard-working, and will not abuse your wallet. Highly recommend!!!
