Very friendly staff that is knowledgeable about boots. Only downside is that they no longer accepts online returns, but that's based on the owners of the company.

Great place to pick up the military basics, on base (in the PX). They have a wide selection of boots, eyepro and other essentials for work or any military school packing lists.

I bought new garmont T8 NFS boots here in October 2018 to break in before my upcoming deployment. The boots tore at the back after not quiet 2 weeks of wear. I had heard such high things about garmont that I hadn't filled out the warranty for the store and I hadn't kept it. Even the store clerk told me I wouldn't need it. I was working in Denver and was making another visit to fort Carson the following week. I brought my receipt and explained to them my situation and they told me to come back with the back with the box the boots came in and they could do an exchange. I gave them my size and they told me they would put a pair aside for me to come back in the next couple days. At the time they had about 5 pairs in my size. I came back the next day and they were completely out of my size. This time they wrote down my information and I let them know I was leaving for my mobb site about 3 weeks down the road. I gave them the exact day I would be flying out. I called back 3 times before I left and each time was told they were still out of my size. Then the day after I left I received a call from them to tell me my boots had come in. I am still sporting the same torn boots probably for the rest of my deployment. They seemed eager to help me but there actions were the opposite.

Had previously purchased a pair of Nike SFBs from the store after 3 months they became fuzzy and had a hole in both the toe box of the boot. They where nice enough to allow me to manufacture defect them as they where having multiple complaints on them. I was able to get a new pair of boots for BLC.

The staff there is very friendly and has your best interest in mind. They helped me find the right boots for me and made sure that they fit prefect. I had purchased a pair there a few months ago and started to tear, I didn't have my original receipt but she helped me find it in the system and exchanged them and made the process very easy! Thank you!
