“1st time taking my business to J's. I called all over town looking for a couple of replacement tires for my volvo s60r which are kind of rare. Not only did Jay have the tire's I was looking for, but he came outside to greet me and took care of my issues himself since it looked like the rest of his employees were busy at that time. (You gotta admire an owner of a company who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.) Anyway, he had my old flat tire off the rim and the new one installed in record time and gave me an even better deal than what he quoted me over the phone. “I've been taking my car here for several years now at a relative's original recommendation, and they've always been excellent. They're honest, just, and Chris at the front desk will take time to patiently explain things well so I can make an informed decision. Just yesterday, I brought my car in with issues rendering it undrivable, and they managed to squeeze me in and get my car back today (that's obviously not always possible depending on parts and other commitments, etc., but they work hard to help people!). Good ole' friendly, hard-working, local business. It's rare that I take the time to craft a review, but these guys deserve it. Only have good things to say.”

“Me and my 4 kids were adventuring around Garden Of The Gods when our tire popped. We panicked and googled tire places nearby. A few popped up but this had the best reviews. Now I know why. We pulled up and immediately someone came out to help. They got us in within minutes and fixed our flat. The mechanics were genuinely friendly and the owner came out to help. They jacked the car up right on the spot and fixed our tire, saving our whole trip. Then, they didn’t charge us! We had friendly conversation while we waited. “One of the friendliest staff I experienced in Co. Springs!!! We went (myself -34, my daughter -10 and my mother -can't say lol) to Co Springs for 3 days. My tires had been weird prior to this trip. I showed up 9:30 am, every person I had contact with was extremely pleasant and seemed happy. I can't say that for most people I encountered most the places we visited but I absolutely was relieved they were all so helpful and kind!!!”
“Master tech are truly some of my favorite people in the business. They’re always quick to get me in and out, and have always been reasonable in their pricing. I even came at the last minute before they closed (5:50pm) to ask for a quick fix because my turn signal bulb went out, they happily fixed it, did so quickly, and didn’t even charge me! I refer them when people ask for mechanics in the area. Good people, good place.”

“My 2002 Mazda had a problem with the air bag light blinking constantly. I had taken her to two shops before I took to Lighthouse. Neither of the two shops could get a diagnostic read and the second shop was an overall bad experience with a rude and childish service guy. I was going to just leave it as is but felt unsafe driving. I found Lighthouse Automotive on Google and called to ask if they might be able to help. I spoke with Kevin who was very nice over the phone and he took some time to try and understand what might be going on and he also had an idea about what the code meant that the light was flashing. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Rylan who was very polite and engaging. Their machine was unable to get a reading as well, but Kevin decided to check some wiring under the seat and he found some issue with that so he worked on the wiring and drove around for several miles to make sure that was the fix. So far, so good...no more blinking light and I feel safer driving now. I am very happy with these guys and I will be bringing my business to them in the future. I've owned my car since she was brand new and hope to keep her going another 115k miles. Thanks guys, and to everyone reading, I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive.”

“Great service, but please don’t have the thought of having an appointment and expecting to be out the door in under 2/3 hours. I only recommend this place if you have a leisurely day off like a weekend where you drop your car off, go back to your house, and pick it up by the end of the day when it’s ready. Oil changes and routine fixes do take quite a bit of time, so plan accordingly and be prepared when you don’t get your vehicle back asap. Other than that, it’s a great place that does its best with the services they offer.”
