This service is terrible the automated payments suck because they don’t actually take out the payment and then you get a late fee you have to get services you don’t use or you have to pay more and the internet isn’t even that good extremely recommended never getting this service

Terrible internet, bad customer service, their billing department likes to double charge and threaten to shut off your internet if you don't pay the "full amount". I hope Fort Carson picks a new provider, because this one needs to be out of business.

Just got a bill for 165? It says that my monthly bill. It's supposed to be 85. Internet sucks. Over price. Wish I could give a 0 star. Fort carson is doing their soldiers wrong for having them. I'll be figuring out another way.

The worst! TDS is the most unreliable internet I’ve ever had. The internet goes out all the time. Unfortunately it is the only ISP on Fort Carson. If people had choices this company would be out of business.

Have been experiencing constant internet outages for three days because of “updates” they are making. They cannot provide a timeline on how long they are going to be making these updates for, a few days or a week. They also can’t send a email or any kind of messaging system saying customers might be experiencing this. Hopefully Fort Carson can work out providing other internet services to the people who live here. This is an inconvenience for people who work at home.

Would not recommend. Requires a Full Month's Payment even if you have to disconnect the day after your new month starts. Guess they haven't heard the term Pro Rated. Very difficult to contact to resolve customer service issues or IT problems.

Internet is always going out. Come home from work and want to watch TV? Good luck with tds Internet. My wife has called about service being out and just get told sorry nothing we can do. How about fix your service and when it does have issues don't charge your custermers for those days. Been out for 2 days now. I go out of town for work the next 2 weeks and can't even relax and watch TV before I leave.

Not a good company, and terrible Wi-Fi service. We got Wi-Fi through them and had issues at the start. We signed up for automatic payments, and then got a late bill. When we went in we paid our dues, and had the lady at the front sign us up for auto pay. 3 months later we just got a bill for $300 saying we didn’t pay at all, and when we went in we were just handed the auto pay paper. Canceling my service asap

Terrible terrible service. Paying $76 for 300 up and down, and only getting 7.67 up and 14 down. TDS is an absolute scam!!! I cannot wait to move off post; fort Carson did wrong by their soldiers by forcing us to only be able to have TDS internet. Never ever again.

Moved out of Carson bout a month ago and I canceled the service prior to moving and they tried charging me for the extra month after I disconnected and moved and they lost the modem I turned in and now trying to charge me for the equipment THEY lost and I would pay it over the phone but they’re charging me extra for it and said they can’t do it over an email link with my account never existing and saying phone is the only way to pay now these people are just tryna take every cent they can get from you

Terrible company, they’ll disconnect your service without telling you and when you call inquiring about your service they’ll lie and say you called to disconnect, when in actuality you never did. Then they try to blame it on you and say it’s your fault.

The absolute worst internet provider on the face of the earth. They should have criminal charges for how terrible they are. Fort Carson decided they wanted a monopoly with these people and it is the worst thing ever.
