Poor service. Asked a cashier about the gum choices. She just gave me attitude.Fort Carson really needs to re-evaluate its customer service. Fort Lee has 100x better service, especially being a smaller base.For your convenience, shop off base like near safeway or Walmart. At least they care about providing adequate customer service.

Everytime i go in there, since new self checkout has been installed, they push me to self check out. I hate their self checkout. Its hard to find the hot foods and drinks and its not my job to find all that. It took forever today because i had to keep interupting the cashier cause stuff was not in the catagories. Why cant i just use a damn cashier? Its rude to force people to do self checkout. The workers rather stand there and watch us struggle.

If you are on Staff Duty and you need those Bangs or Coffee late at night so you don't get caught snoozing by CSM or EOC.. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Get your lickies and chewies and explain to your spouse later why you spent $45 on Redbulls, Donuts, Tornatos, and Hot Cheetos.

They've been price matching Sam's club on gas for a bit now. Took long enough. With a the right credit card you get an extra 5% off which blows the star card out of the water with their base 5 cents off. 4 stars for screwing over Soldier on the price before that.

Stopped by just now to grab cough drops for my son. I parked to the left of the entrance and tried to go in that door. It was locked with a sign showing that they were closing early (sign from yesterday). I went into the door on the opposite side of the entrance and informed Christa that the left entrance was locked. She barked at me, with about 8 customers in line, with that “the sign was on the door”! I walked away and returned to check out. I have no old the sign doesn’t say anything about using the other door and showed it to Christa. No apology, no nothing, just my total. I’ve been in customer service since I was 16yrs old and was appalled that she thought it ok to shout in front of customers and to not apologize for her mistake. You’re to treat everyone respectfully, especially when you don’t know their rank or relationship to your family.

Fort Carson, like most military bases they are their own community. After the inspection, we were on base. I enjoy seeing the items in the store, the gyms, the cleaners and barbershop. Everything is always very neat and orderly.
