“I walked in for my Avis rental's and the problem was the rear right tire is punctured. Mr. Mike walked me through the process and helped me without hiccup, by the way the crew are very nice. Rentals get free tire change (and maybe more fix) using the rental's "national account number" so that you don't have to pay out of pocket.”

“Last week I got off work only to discover rodents had chewed through many wires under my hood. Even though they were closing in 10 mins, they said to bring my car over right away (it was in limp mode and luckily I work close by). The next morning Mikey called me himself to discuss the damage and game plan to fix it. It took 1 week for them to replace and/or re-wire all the damaged parts, and it would’ve been even faster but Toyota kept delaying the parts. Nancy and Roxanne at the front desk were so kind and patient every time I’d call in for updates. Kris worked on my car and did a great job. Thank you for making a stressful situation not so bad! “First and foremost, this isn't my first time using this company for custom work on my vehicle, but I just forgot how great they are. I recently bought a 2019 Tundra and to put it best, the audio wasn't no where near up to standard. I priced around at some of the local big brand stores like "Roll-By Auto Sound" and "Truck Non-Toys"( if u are in the area you know who I mean) and their prices were outrageous. I decided to go back to Mi Gente and I spoke to J5. He was able to get everything I needed ordered and installed at a fraction of the price the other dealers charged. And I will add, the work and attention to detail us unmatched. I have had several audio systems in my vehicles dating back to when I was young in the game at 17/18 years old. This set up is by far if not the best sounding system I have ever had. Great work fellas, and I'm looking forward to sending more customers your way.”
“I'm always very leery of mechanics because of prior experiences I've had. Someone recommended Lua Auto Repair to me and I decided to give them a call. Josue answered and I explained what was going on with my car. He assured me he would get me taken care of, and he absolutely did! Not only did he go completely out of his way to help me out and make sure my car got to his shop, he replaced my alternator the next morning at a significantly lower cost than what I was quoted elsewhere! He thoroughly tested it to make sure the problem was fixed so that I wouldn't have any other issues. He again went out of his way to make sure I got my car back so that I didn't have to take an Uber to get it. His genuine kindness and care was a true blessing to me, and now he's won a repeat customer. I will be going back to Lua for my future car repair needs! He didn't try to upsell or push anything on me as many mechanics do. Thank you, Josue for the great job you do!”

“Adam did a great job working with me on setting up my 4runner that I bought. It was lifted 5 inches when I bought it he went through and changed out all of the rubber on all the joints. I felt taken care of the whole time. Good communication, good education from the shop to consumer.
He fixed my breaks front and rear. He made my rear locker work again too.

I had taken my car (328 Xi - 2015) to another shop but they were much more expensive and seemed to identify repairs that didn't seem to be required (e.g. they said the transmission pan was leaking and I should do a full transmission inspection for $2.5K). Modino checked and couldn't find any leak and advised a much more reasonable course of action.”

“This place is great!!!! Has everything you need for any job that requires professional tools. I normally work on my Jaguar at home with bare bone items and wanted to come here to give it a look and I was so happy I did. I was able to switch out my front brake pads in under 2 hours with the proper tools and also able to clean everything aswell for the new pads. In comparison to the $1500 I was gonna be charged, it was only $25 for the bay. Staff was super helpful and willing to teach you anything you needed?.”
