He is greedy and i would not rent from John again he charged me to cut off my own locks. He's out for himself and not his renters.

Steve is a good gentleman, he's very reasonable, understanding and easy going. Also you can visit his warehouse any time you see the gate open and go through a cheap selection of various treasures that people have left behind for months upon months.
