This auction has the same 10 dealers that just up bid their own cars. Pretty sure that's illegal but they allow it for some reason. Cars are junk buy from private owner instead

I test drove a vehicle and had no issues with it while on test drive and running in the lot. Paid cash and drove half way home when the engine light came on and it started stalling. right before my temp was to expire the first time I still hadn’t received my paperwork to have it transferred into my name. Finally got it and then the driveline/axle busted.I went to go get everything put in my name and found out that there was an issue with the title and I sent back the paperwork. Got a phone call 2 and a half weeks ago and said it had been mailed. Never received it. Called them yesterday and was told the zip code was wrong so it was sent back. But no phone call to confirm the address. Still waiting and temp tag expires at midnight tonight.

The salesman was nice which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. We bought a car here and within the first 90 days the fuel pump failed, front brake calipers seized closed (while driving on 115), the dashboard would randomly stop working including all guages, lights, and the air conditioner which turned out to be a very serious electrical problem under the hood that had been burning and melting surrounding insulation. It has been parked more than it has been driven because repair costs just kept piling up. Now that it's paid off I can't even sell it because it has a misfire that nobody can seem to find the cause of which makes it (still) undrivable. At around the 6 month mark I called them about it and this is a direct quote "There's something wrong with all of them". We now have no choice but to scrap the vehicle as it is unroadworthy and just as dangerous as the day they sold it to us.

Since I have to give at least 1 star that's what I'll do. Here's why, my husband and I bought a truck there didn't have any issues during test drive or while running at dealer. Paid cash, then drive it to canon city which is about 8 miles. Husband heard funky noises while driving home and started to take it back. Truck died 4 houses down... called dealership and told them we wanted our money back. They did give us it back since we had the truck for 30 minutes. They came and towed the truck and we got all our money back. But I wouldn't trust that this wouldn't happen again. Truck is now back on lot for sale...

Their vehicles were overpriced and in such disrepair they should advertise themselves as a salvage yard. When I looked under the hood of a Dodge Ram and closed the hood, the grill fell off. It was held on by zip ties and wood screws.

Called them originally about a truck, we agreed on an out the door price, drove from north Colorado springs to their lot ready to sign papers and then he tells me there is a $200 dealer handling fee on top of the purchase price. out the door means OUT THE DOOR... It was a decent price for the truck so i decided to buy it anyway after negotiating it to only $100. I purchased the vehicle and paid in full.Over a month goes by and i still hadn't received a title even though my temp tags they gave were about to expire. I called them over 50 times at least, sometimes 10 times in a row, no answer trying to ask why they had not sent me a title or paperwork to go get a title. I had to purchase an extension on my temp tags and the DMV which could only give me a 2 week extension for $7I had to file a complaint with Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. Colorado requires dealers to send title within 30 days.. They didn't.I finally got my title in the mail randomly a couple weeks later. I never did get a hold of anyone again over the phone from my first initial contact.I knew the vehicle i purchased was AS-IS, no complaint about that but the business side of things and their customer service is a joke.. If you purchase a vehicle from them, don't expect them to answer their phone if you had questions / issues or reach out to you about anything.

The owner was rude and not willing to negotiate any kind of deal. They wanted the whole cost up front and didn't care about the customer at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not even worth the stop.
