I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received.
I live in the Springs and have a Can-Am Ryker that was giving me troubles. Showing VSS codes an stuck in limp home mode. So I took it to the nearest authorized service provider which is in Pueblo West. I paid for a tow and waited over a week to here back from the shop. Finally I called them and they told me it was a bad VSS module and they were requesting a new module from the manufacturer but it often takes time to get a response.
Since I was warned about the time it would take to get a response I didn't bother checking back for a few weeks but when I did I got the same story. This repeated every few weeks for over 4 months. Finally, I called the manufacturer myself and found out that they had no open ticket on my Ryker and that the shop never called them. After telling them thewhole story the manufacturer BRP said they would call the shop and begin the service ticket.
Bottom line after nearly 6 months and numerous phone calls the shop told me that with the direction of the manufacturer they determined it was a low battery. That's it! Nearly half a year to determine the battery was low. And they wanted me to purchase the new battery so they could put it in. I told them that given the length of time and the multiple times I was told lied to about how the VSS module and waiting on BRP to get back with them, that they should replace my battery for free. The manager agreed and I was told a couple days later I could pick it up. I arranged a ride out there and began to ride it back the 50 miles to town. Well little more than halfwayit broke down. Not even 30 minutes after picking it up.
I had it towed to my house and refused to take it back to that shop. After checking around and talking with friends I decided to give Freemont Motorsports a call. Chris in service practically diagnosed the problem I 5 minutes over the phone. It was towed to them and they had it repaired and returned in under one week. And because Chris was able to determine that it was some warranty work the other shop has missed, it was covered by the manufacturer.
This is the only shop I will take it to from now on.

I'll tell you a tale of two motorsports shops.
First, Josh in service and Isaac the mechanic were absolutely top notch. Customer service is absolutely their priority. What else would you expect from a shop in a small town.
Now for the other shop (strictly powersports). We purchased this unit with less than 30 miles on it, it was "gone through" by their mechanic. I bring it home. Won't start. Jump it. Runs. Won't start again. New battery. Still an issue. I call strictly powersports having put 7 miles on the machine they tell me a problem can happen any time and I should have purchased the warranty. Josh and Isaac tracked down the electrical problem and fixed it. They were incredibly fair on price and Josh contually kept me in the loop as parts were coming in and getting put on. Fremont motorsports knows how to take care of their customers.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Fremont Motorsports, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. My husband bought a Yamaha 700 Tenere on a Friday night, and when we swung by on Saturday morning to pick up his truck, I ended up leaving with a Kawasaki KLX 300 SM myself! The staff were incredibly speedy and super nice throughout the whole process. Their customer service was top-notch, making the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend Fremont Motorsports to anyone in search of quality products and excellent service. Five stars all the way!

I went there to order tires for my supermoto. The place is just down the street from my house and I love to shop local. While I was there I was looking at other motorcycles and safety gear. The wonderful lady at the counter showed me some helmets and I was tickled pink to walk out of there with a perfect fit helmet at a super low price.
My tires arrived two days later and when I picked them up I grab some goggles and gloves
The prices on their motorcycles appeared to be lower than other dealers in the area. They seem to have a reputation for exceptionally low prices on high-end power sports equipment.

Took my atv in to get the brakes done and replace a plastic knob that was broken. No mechanical problems when I dropped it off. Got a call from the service department saying the battery was dead and they couldn't check their work until I brought in a new battery. I don't know why a technician wouldn't have a battery on their bench to test with, but whatever. Dropped off a new battery. The next call they said I needed a new carburetor and they couldn't get it to start. They had just had it the summer before and charged me a significant bill to rebuild that carburetor. I wasn't going to pay them to replace something they had supposedly just rebuilt, especially since it ran fine the day I dropped it off. Now I have a non-running atv that I need to take somewhere else to see what is actually wrong. Never going back.
