This is the absolute worst pharmacy location ever! The staff is beyond rude. I have been getting my prescriptions here for about a year. Went last week to pick up a prescription, we were told they will give us what they have come back. Well guess what we came back and were told they don’t have the med and won’t be getting it!! When asked about why they didn’t call they said they didn’t have the number, which is a LIE. We were basically told too bad, folks we are not taking about a med that can be skipped. This pharmacy is the worst

Living in the area this has been our pharmacy of choice for awhile. Are they perfect? No. But overall they get the job done with the best they have available. Having worked in pharmacy I know the stress. There’s a lot more to filling a prescription than picking a bottle off the shelf and counting it. The last time I had a prescription filled the pharmacist even dropped it off at my house at the end of his shift. Today we pulled right up to the drive thru. And were greeted and helped within just a few minutes. To be fair I also don’t pick up my prescriptions right when they go to lunch it push it when they are trying to close. Having been there and done that I know that if you continue to help people you may not get a lunch at all. And that’s not fair when you may be working an 10 hour shift either. As far as the OTC part of the store. Prices are a little high, but otherwise no complaints.

These people are great. I have been a complete pain about my prescription and these guys have not only put up with me but they also get the job done. Thank you guys.

I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies and a lot of Walgreens pharmacies- this one is by the BEST pharmacy in my opinion. I can’t speak on the operations but their staff is always kind, helpful, and seem genuine with every interaction. I do not think most of these negative reviews reflect the customer service of the pharmacy staff but might lean more on Walgreens operations of this pharmacy. Or maybe lack of customers using their brains, having no patience, or lacking human decency.
Great job pharmacy staff, you all are doing great!

This Walgreens has been an absolute godsend. From the retail operations through the pharmacy, I have always been helped to the fullest extent! The staff is approachable and personable and help me find things I didn't know they had stocked. And the pharmacy techs work very hard and are incredible at what they do with helping solve all of my questions! Life savers through and through.

Absolutely the worst service at the pharmacy. The lady working today is so rude. She needs to retire or take some customer service classes. No empathy for people waiting. I hope she enjoyed her lunch break because she couldn't close the lane down fast enough. No consideration for the people waiting. Absolutely rude. Walgreens needs to hire more people or come up with a better system. They need to remember who their customers are and how they treat them. Can't wait for another pharmacy to be built.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Its not the fault of the staff. They're clearly overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. But the overall indifference and inefficiency of this pharmacy is mind boggling. Don't use then unless you have no other choice

Worst place to get prescriptions. If you have more than one prescription ordered, they won’t have them filled at the same time unless you wait several days to get them and by that time they will put one back. The pharmacists have horrible attitudes (aside from maybe one or two) and it will take you 45+ minutes just to get your prescription via the drive thru. They will purposefully ignore the drive thru for 10+ minutes, even when there’s no one inside. I’ve witnessed this before because I’ve finally reached the point where I just go inside, since it seems to be faster. I’ve witnessed one pharmacist yelling at another one, right in front of me and calling her nasty names while I was trying to pickup my prescriptions. There’s also one pharmacist, who’s definitely American, but speaks like she’s from the 17th century and you can’t understand a word she is saying. She’s very kind and I’m sure a great person, but it makes picking up prescriptions very awkward and uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend to anyone.

Understaffed pile of garbage. Maybe they can't pay anyone bc of online prescription fulfillment? Maybe they should just use both lanes of the infrastructure that's installed to increase throughput. Only 1 clown knows the answer.

I must admit, my experiences have been quite different than the posts I'm seeing on this page. I went in Dec 8th at around 10 am. There was no one at the front counter (he was busy in photo and this establishment is always understaffed in the morning in the retail department. However, this review is about my own customer experience. With no one at the front counter, I walked back to the pharmacy. A technician named Maria gladly assisted me. She was prompt, courteous, professional and engaging. The pharmacy was spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, the pharmacy was well-staffed. In spite of the Company's staffing issues, I continue to frequent the Walgreens in Firestone (store no 9315) based on the great customer service I continue to receive. Indeed, it's not the employees' fault for Walgreen's Corporate mishandling of staffing. The "Employees" are (and have been) exemplary.

They gave me the wrong prescription instead of my 10 yo daughters medication they gave me someone’s heart medication, thankfully I caught it before giving it to her.

Please avoid this pharmacy , very understaffed . The staff they do have seems not to care too much . I guess you can’t fire bad workers when nobody else wants to work for you .

Waited over 2 hours for my script. It was supposed to be there at 4:05 I’m leaving at 6:22. Not only did it take really long, but the employees were very disrespectful and rude. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
