Kevin Zimmerman helped me get a new phone. Amazing sales professional and consultative approach to selling me not only the right phone but helped me bundle my plan and save me money!! Highly recommend this location and sales associate. Super happy and didn’t find that kind of customer service at other locations.

It is with great regret that I find myself compelled to write this review. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for many years and have generally enjoyed the quality of service provided. However, my recent experience with customer service has been disappointing. Shortly after purchasing my phone, I sought to exchange it due to my dissatisfaction. During this process, Tyler, the sales representative, had initially encouraged me to consider an upgrade. Yet, when I returned to discuss the exchange, I experienced an uncomfortable conversation with Tyler, who implied that my request for an upgrade was a source of trouble for him.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our sale associate Paul, he was a pleasure to work with. He got us a new line added and helped clean up our plan and got us nice phone upgrade! Very friendly and good sense of humor! Thanks again Paul!

I cannot thank Tyler and Tanner at the Firestone exit store off I95 enough. Both of these very nice young guys helped me get my business service online, they took the time to make sure everything went smoothly knowing I was on a time crunch! Thank you guys! Do not go here! They will lie to you and get you to sign up, then when the bill comes it's completely different than what you were promised. You'd be better off ordering online or maybe trying a different store.
