I've had some time to think about my experience at Les Schwab in Firestone from when I visited on 2/26/24, and I honestly consider this place a scammer business that should be avoided.Remember folks, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE.They use "free tire repair" as a means to draw in victims. After reading the reviews for this place I now understand that a lot of people walk away "satisfied" with their transaction, because they lack enough mechanical knowledge to figure out if they're getting a good deal, or if they're being cheated.I went in for a simple flat tire repair. They noticed that one of my lug studs was stripped so the nut wasn't able to torque down correctly. They said they could fix it, and then proceeded to cut off the stud.A few minutes later they tell me that although they have already cut off my stud they made a mistake, and are NOT able to fix it after all.....just think about that for a second. They didn't figure out if they could fix it BEFORE they cut off parts of my car, they just went ahead and did it then thought about the situation afterwards, as the meme goes, "not a great plan". So, now I have 4 studs instead of 5 on my tire, and guess what happens next???Well, a salesperson named Mr. Zakary J C walks out to greet me with a BIG...FAT...BILL! Remember how this was supposed to be a FREE flat tire repair?Guys, just take a look at the bill that I attached to this review. How did it go from a free repair to a quote for $634!?!??To replace ONE! lug stud they wanted to replace the hub assembly, rotor, and...get this...bearings inside the wheel hub assembly....BEARINGS!!!!?Those items have absolutely NOTHING to do with repairing the lug stud. Can you imagine how many suckers, I mean customers, Les Schwab has convinced to pay for repairs and parts they never needed? They tried to tell me that a 2005 Honda Accord requires a complete hub swap just to change a lug stud, yet they didn't know this before they got started...interesting.Anyways, also what they didn't know is that I've been fixing my own cars for about 17 years. In fact, a few weeks before I arrived at Les Schwab I had just replaced the caliper brackets, calipers, and pads, on the front of my car along with bleeding the brakes. So, I went home, went on youtube, and within five minutes I already had several videos showing me how easy it is to replace just the lug stud not a whole wheel hub assembly?I bought a lug stud, spent about an hour on it, and got it installed...total cost $3.If I took it to a Ma&Pa shop probably would've been about $60-80 for them to do the labor, still way better than $634. How can anyone look at the price difference, and not understand right away that Les Schwab tried to scam me? My recommendation is to just pay the $10, and go to Wal-Mart if it's a flat repair that you need. They make money off volume not selling you stuff, in fact they don't even have "salesmen" at the tire center in Wal-Mart just technicians, and if you don't like Wal-Mart no problem there's a hundred different small business tire shops to choose from. I hope this review saves you some money, have a nice day.

Stopped at Les Schwab while passing through on I-25. I thought I was having tire issues. The first place I stopped said they couldn't look at it for several days (again I was passing through) and when I called Les Schwab they told me to come on. They were so friendly and gave my vehicle a good look over. The facility was so clean. I ended up not doing any business with them that day, but when I have tire issues or need new tires I can tell you where I'll go.

Stopped to check tire pressure. While waiting I caused to get an oil change scheduled. While on hold I accidently disconnected the call. Before I could redial a tech came out to my car and asked if I was the one that called in? Woe! How did he know it was me? Great service! Oil change next Wednesday!

Favorite Les Schwab by far. Travis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what tires we wanted/needed for our Ford Tremor. We got new tires, didn’t like the look on the truck, he recommended another set and we came in the next day for a quick swap out. Very helpful location.

I had a flat tire and read the reviews on Google and they had high ratings on there. So I went in and service was great. The staff was friendly. They were able to patch up my tire and replace it back free of charge! Sorry for those who had a bad experience, but they had good reviews on Google and for their service today I'm giving them 5 stars. No hassle and smooth experience. I would definitely go to them again, if I ever (knock on wood) have problems with my tire(s) again. Thanks guys!

Exceptional Service from Chris B at Les Schwab Tire Firestone!I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service I've received from Chris B at Les Schwab Tire Firestone. Chris consistently goes above and beyond for me, and I am beyond grateful for his dedication and professionalism. One of the things that truly sets Chris apart is his willingness to take the time to explain everything to me. As someone with limited knowledge about automotive issues, I've often felt overwhelmed when bringing my vehicles in for service. However, Chris never judges me for my lack of knowledge. Instead, he patiently walks me through the necessary repairs, making sure I understand every step of the process. His friendly demeanor and willingness to educate customers are truly commendable. What's even more impressive is that Chris does all of this with a smile on his face. His positive attitude and genuine passion for his work shine through in every interaction. It's clear that he takes pride in providing top-notch service to his customers.I hope Chris's boss or corporate team sees this review because they should know just how valuable of an employee he is. Chris B is a true asset to Les Schwab Tire Firestone, and I couldn't be more appreciative of the excellent care he consistently provides for me and my vehicles.Thank you, Chris, for always going the extra mile and taking care of your customers. On my way to a celebration of life while driving down hwy 119 there was a whole box of nails all over the road. Of course when I am running late, have all the food for the celebration I get a nail in the tire. I pulled into this les schwab and this wonderful guy named Zac came out. I told him the situation and he took my keys and had me in and out within 15 minutes. This guy saved me today and I can’t thank Zac and les Schwab enough for being so kind, caring and fast! I will forever be coming to this location and I can’t recommend Zac and this les schwab enough!!

I came in to Les Schwab because it was the closest tire shop. I was expecting a long wait and at the end pay a high bill . This was not the case I did not wait too long and the gentleman who was helping me understood me when explaining what was wrong with my tire also ended up not paying anything, what was wrong with my tire was a really simple fix It was a really great experience. I will now be choosing Les Schwab from now on. Thank you Firestone Les Schwab!! You guys are great and awesome!!

Took my truck in for an alignment and was told there was too much play in the upper control arm and it needed to be replaced to properly do the alignment. Problem is, the control arm was brand new! Took it to another shop and they did the alignment with out an issue. They were just trying to scam me out of $500. Beware.

Between my personal and business needs, I've been taking my vehicles to Les Schwab for a few years now (both in Longmont and this Firestone location). They have met and exceeded my expectations with good service.

Made an appointment on Saturday to bring my car in on Monday morning for tires. They told me Saturday they would pick tires up Saturday from another location. I showed up Monday morning. They even pulled my car into the bay before they came out and told me they never picked tires up Saturday. They then wanted me to pay double for a different tire. Not a good way of operating.

I came in to Les Schwab because it was the closest tire shop after finding my flat tire. I expected a long wait and a high bill as that’s how my previous experiences have been with tire shops. However, that was not the case I had minimal waiting time And the gentleman who was helping me understood me talked to me in a way I understood what was going on with my vehicle. It was a great experience and I will now be canceling my discount tires credit card, and choosing Les Schwab from now on. Thank you Firestone Les Schwab!!

I bring all my high end wheels here and never have issues with them. No scratches and friendly service. They also do all of our specialty sand tire mounting with no issues. I miss Drew at this location but Chris is still there and is always phenomenal
