Doctor was friendly but the experience here was otherwise terrible. I was talked into trying a new brand of contact lenses. The trial lenses given had a slight power difference but was assured the proper ones were ordered and would be much better. Ordered 6 months worth and tried one pair to find out they were still not correct and very uncomfortable. They would not take any of the 6 month supply of lenses back and unfortunately were unwilling to help me exchange to my original brand. Least professional front desk occupant you will ever encounter, but like I said, if you want a friendly doctor in the back this is your place.

My first time at myeyedr. I haven't been to an exam in a couple years. The whole crew was super nice and helpful, it was a very quick and easy appointment! Dr.Smith did a wonderful job, she was very attentive and listened to my concerns. I'll definitely be going back next year!

Went on a quiet afternoon, Dr. Smith was helping out on the front end and doing eye exams. She's always friendly, encouraging, and interested in how things are going. The epitome of a small town feel that I value tremendously.

Dr. Veda tried to push me into a different contact brand because "Acuvue has had months long delays since covid"Thankfully I didn't believe this lie just so she could get an additional kick back from whatever brand she has a deal with.It's been years since covid. Don't you realize people have been ordering contacts? I ordered my contacts online and they showed up slightly early.Stop telling this lie, come up with something else. Or just don't act like a car salesman. Just examine my eyes like a normal eye doctor.Weird. Try somewhere else.

If I could rate this facility 0 I would. Very disappointed with my experience here. I called and specifically said I’d like to verify my insurance to assure that I would be covered for my visit. The caller on the phone said my insurance was accepted here that I had nothing to worry about. I came for an eye exam and was instructed to sign paperwork for my visit. The paperwork listed that the picture of my eye would be an additional cost. I agreed to the additional cost for the eye picture. When I came out from my exam I was charged an additional $300 for my visit. When I questioned them about the price they immediately told me I already signed to agree to additional charges so I had to pay. I told them I couldn’t afford the additional charges and the lady told me to take my sample contacts that they provided me out of my eyes right then and there. She said if I couldn’t pay I couldn’t have the contacts. As a young adult trying to find a trusting place this is NOT the place I would recommend they completely embarrassed and humiliated me. And Dr.Veda had the worst breath every as she was examining my eyes I had to hold back my gagging due to the terrible smell in my face.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! After a change in insurance, I was forced to take my family to a new eye doctor…they had been seeing the previous one for 10 years! But I could not have been more pleased with our experience at MyEyeDr in Firestone. Every single person there was such a pleasure to be around, quick and efficient service, and the prices were phenomenal! I highly recommend!!

My 1st time. I haven't been to an exam in a few years. The whole crew was very friendly and exceptional at their jobs. A very relaxed and efficient process. They took great time with the process to pick out my new glasses and make sure they were what I needed. My new place for annual exams. Great folks!!!

Nice doctor and assistant. But did not appreciate not being told what my co-pays were so that I could make an informed decision. Feel that I was ‘tricked’ about services and left feeling very uncomfortable about the whole visit.I was charged $55 for a contact fitting when I brought my current brand and Rx, put them in myself and took them out myself. Wasn’t offered other brands or options. Disappointed in the whole experience.

Everyone at Vision Source was friendly. I feel like I got the perfect exam from the Dr. She was informative through the whole process and explained everything to me. The fitting of frames was awesome. Perfect fit in exactly all the needs I have. Progressives, transitions, scratch coat....WOW !!!

My experience with Vision Source in Firestone was great. I like Dr .Smith she was great with explaining all that pertained to my eye health as well as to my wife and her care Pam was helpful with helping her with her glasses. The whole team in the office is great I highly recommend them for all your eye care.
