I have had brakes done. I have also had rotors replaced on two different cars. Each time, the service was excellent. They explained everything in advance, and the final price was actually a bit cheaper. At the dealership, prices always went up once they had my car.
I'll keep using them for future alignments and brakes.

Our service was outstanding! We were told we needed new brakes from our dealership. They wanted over $600, brakes plus $250 and they got us in on a Saturday without a reservation!!

My experiences at the Firestone Brakes Plus have always been excellent, including this time. Every person I’ve communicated with has been nothing but honest and kind. General Manager Mike Johnson is pleasant and breaks things down for you to understand. I’ve never felt pressured at this auto shop.
