So my wife and I purchased a memory foam mattress from them in 2018. The salesman told us that it was top notch quality. The mattress came with a 10 year warranty. In late summer of 2023 we noticed that the mattress was sagging and I reported it to AFW. They had a team of two employees inspect the mattress. Following the inspection AFW determined that the sagging was "normal" and declined to replace the mattress under warranty. I then decided to file litigation in small claims court for Breach of Warranty. Once it was filed I mailed a copy of the lawsuit to Jacob Jabs. A few days later I received a phone call from "Stu" the Assistant Director of the Company. He wanted to resolve the litigation against AFW, and he agreed to replace the mattress with an upgraded mattress with free delivery. Once the mattress was delivered I agreed to dismiss the lawsuit against AFW. We are now enjoying very restful sleep. AFW should have honored the warranty, without the need for litigation. But it is now resolved

Don't buy their cheap lift chairs , had two so far both broke , first one the heat and massage kept going out on it and I finally got stuck in it in the up position Paramedics had to come and assist me to get out , it was like pulling teeth to get them to bring another one , I opted for one without the heat and massage , but didn't have it very long not even a month and it got stuck too , won't recline , when you call customer service they are short and rude and basically have an oh well attitude, it's been over a week and I'm sitting in a wheel chair while I wait to get it fixed , will consider other options in the furture when needing furniture , this is medically necessary, and I am a disabled Senior not ok

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We bought a recliner for our living room- we have a 4 month old baby that likes to be rocked. After having it for a couple short weeks we noticed it was ruining our hard wood floor. They made returning it a total nightmare and almost wouldn't take it back. The people we talked to at the store were SO RUDE as well as customer service when we called. They finally took the chair back- as they should! They told us to place a claim since their product ruined our floor! Well the claim has been denied. Apparently they aren't responsible even though they inspected the chair and found it to be in perfect condition- so it's not like we did anything to cause damage ourselves. As long as you don't need to return anything I guess you can shop here. But god forbid you want your money back when their product causes damage to your well taken care of home! We have spent thousands at this place over the years but we will NEVER shop there again. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life!!

Huge thank you to Bryce and Mario on the truck for doing a great job on our furniture delivery! They are out of Thornton I believe.They were so thoughtful and conscientious of where we wanted everything and not scuffing any floors, and they were also insanely quick and polite!They found a few small damages to our tables and called customer service right away to report them and get us a small discount.Overall 10/10 - they did great! I would trust either of them in my home or with my items anytime.Thank you!

I just purchased some items from American Furniture Warehouse & am very pleased! My service experience was delightful from beginning to end! It was delivered on time, and the furniture was placed quickly, efficiently & without damage. Every person I interacted with was very kind &knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them & buy from them again!

I bought a very expensive outdoor dinning set at the Firestone CO store only three months ago and the wodd is already cracking, bending, chipping and fading. I placed a warranty claim and this was their response: "Thank you for reaching out. This looks to be caused by water and weather damage which it not covered under warranty. We have no options to provide at this time". How in the world an outdoor furniture is not covered for weather damage within the 1st year when it's supposedly built to be outdoors? Again, it's just been exposed to the elements for 3 months! My old cheap Walmart dinning set lasted much longer without showing any wearing. Really disappointed!

Great customer service in the store floor, Alfonso Herrera was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. The two gentleman whom delivered our sectional where professional, took time to assure our satisfaction, and tell us about warranty. Overall was awesome experience.

My entire experience from the purchase to the delivery was A+!!! First when you go into the showroom the salespeople DO NOT pressure you at all. Everyone I encountered asked if I needed help and if I do ask any one of us. They did not hover over you. You are free to look at your own pace without the sales trying to upsell or sell a piece you don’t need.The delivery was just as great!!!! I received a text the day prior to let me know of my delivery window. I then received a call that morning letting me know they were on their way and updated their ETA. The delivery was VERY POLITE and professional. They asked where I wanted my furniture and placed everything. Hauled off all the trash and was done within an hour.I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be using American Furniture for all my home furnishing needs. THANK YOU!!!!

The sales person on the floor that was helping us look at this furniture. He helped us rearrange the coffee table. It was OK with him for me to get ones from the other parts of American furniture and put it down by the sofa to see if it would look right he did that with my husband and me 3 - 4 times.For that I ended up with the right coffee table that I liked in the area. I want to thank the sales person that helped me to. Stockham family thanks you a lot.

Oh my goodness! In this day and age where customer service seems to be lacking, I can honestly and wholeheartedly say this was not the case with American Furniture Warehouse! Our sales representative Erika Schall was super kind the entire time we were in the store. She gave us the space needed to be able to look and have our own discussions of what we thought about each piece. Once we were ready to make our purchases, she walked and talked throughout the entire store. (Our pieces of furniture were on opposite ends of the store and different levels.) She even walked us to the door, explained the next steps of delivery and thanked us!Next came the delivery driver's, which they went above and beyond from the moment they arrived to our home! All three of the gentleman were polite, thoughtful and cautious! They asked if I wanted the furniture in a specific spot and I expressed that we literally just moved in, so those decisions have not be made. I asked them to place the furniture in the appropriate rooms and we can take care of the rest! Communication was amazing from start to finish and I will absolutely do business again with them!!!!Outstanding job!!!!
